Description
Den foreliggende oppfinnelse angår herbicider som
inneholder blandinger av forskjellige virksomme stoffer.
Det er kjent å anvende fenoksykarboksylsyre-derivater eller benzotiadiazinon-dioksyder som selektive herbicider i forskjellige kulturer etter at plantene er kommet opp av jorden. De har imidlertid ikke alltid en tilfredsstillende virkning.
Det ble nå funnet at blandinger av visse herbicide stoffer, som er nærmere angitt nedenfor og i kravet, ved synergisk virkning har en overraskende høy herbicid aktivitet sammenlignet med de enkelte herbicide bestanddeler hvorav herbicidet ifølge oppfinnelsen består. Det har således, som det vil fremgå av den følgende beskrivelse, vist seg at den nevnte synergiske virkning av det herbicide preparat ifølge oppfinnelsen kan være opp til tre ganger så stor som den rent additive virkning av de enkelte aktive stoffer som det herbicide preparat ifølge oppfinnelsen består av.
Det herbicide preparat ifølge oppfinnelsen er karakterisert ved at det inneholder en blanding av
a) en forbindelse av formelen
eller ammonium-, natrium-, kalium-, kalsium- eller magnesiumsalter derav, eller salter med etylamin, dimetylamin, dietylamin, etanolamin, dietanolamin eller dimetyletanolamin, og
b) en forbindelse av formelen:
hvor X, Y og Z betyr hydrogen, klor eller metyl, og
R betyr hydrogen eller alkyl med 1-8 karbonatomer,
eller salter derav.
Blandingsforholdene kan velges etter ønske. Blandinger av forbindelser med formelen a) = 0,1-10 vektdeler med 0,1-10 vektdeler av forbindelsene b) foretrekkes. Det virksomme stoff anvendes i mengder på 0,1-15 kg/ha, fortrinnsvis
0,1-5 kg/ha.
Blandingene er selektive i korn, ris, mais, erter, kløver, lucern, grasplener, beitemarker, enger, vinmarker og andre kulturer.. Blandingene er særlig virksomme overfor Cyperus spp., Stellaria media, Galium aparine, Ranunculus arvensis, Galeopsis spp., Polygonum spp., Matricaria spp., Centaurea cyanus, Lamium amplexicaule, Veronica spp., Sinapis arvensis, Raphanus raphanistrum,
Cirsium årvense, Chenopodium spp., Anthemis spp., Convulvulus arvensis, Thlaspi arvense, Vicia spp., Fumaria officinalis, Viola tricolor, Papaver rhoeas, Rumex spp., Capsella bursa pastoris, Sonchus spp., Spergula arvensis, Lepidium draba,
Delphinium consolida, Galinsoga parviflora, Tussilago farfara, Colchicum autumnale, Xanthium spp., Sida spinosa, Sesbania spp.
og andre.
Anvendelsen skjer eksempelvis i form av direkte sprøytbare løsninger, pulvere, suspensjoner eller dispersjoner, emulsjoner, oljedispersjoner, pastaer, støvformede midler, strømidler,
granulater, ved utsprøyting, forstøvning, utstrøing eller uthelling. Anvendelsesformen retter seg helt etter anvendelsesformålet; man
tar alltid sikte på å oppnå den best mulige fordeling av de virksomme stoffer.
Ved fremstillingen av direkte sprøytbare løsninger, emulsjoner, pastaer og oljedispersjoner kan man bruke mineralolje-fraksjoner med midlere til høyt kokepunkt, så som kerosin eller dieselolje, videre kulltjæreoljer etc, samt oljer av vegetabilsk eller animalsk opprinnelse, alifatiske, cykliske og aromatiske hydrokarboner, eksempelvis benzen, toluen, xylen, paraffin, tetrahydronaftalin, alkylerte naftaliner eller deres derivater, eksempelvis metanol, etanol, propanol, butanol, kloroform, karbon-tetraklorid, cykloheksanol, cykloheksanon, klorbenzen, isoforon, sterkt polare løsningsmidler så som dimetylformamid, dimetyl-sulfoksyd, N-metylpyrilidon, vann etc.
Vandige anvendelsesformer kan fremstilles av emulsjons-konsentrater, pastaer eller fuktbare pulvere (sprøytepulvere), oljedispersjoner ved tilsetning av vann. For fremstilling av emulsjoner, pastaer eller oljedispersjoner kan stoffene som sådanne eller i en olje eller løst i et løsningsmiddel homogeniseres i vann ved hjelp av fukte-, klebe-, dispergerings- eller emulgeringsmidler. Man kan imidlertid også fremstille konsentrater bestående av virksomt stoff, fukte-, klebe-, dispergerings-
eller emulgeringsmiddel og eventuelt løsningsmiddel eller olje,
hvilke konsentrater er egnet til å fortynnes med vann.
Blandt overflateaktive stoffer kan nevnes:
alkali-, jordalkali-, ammoniumsalter av ligninsulfonsyre, naftalinsulfonsyre, fenolsulfonsyrer, alkylarylsulfonater, alkyl-sulfater, alkylsulfonater, alkali- og jordalkalisalter av dibutyl-naftalinsulfonsyre, lauryletersulfat, fettalkoholsulfater,
fettsure alkali- og jordalkalisalter, salter av sulfaterte heksadekanoler, heptadekanoler, oktadekanoler, salter av sulfatert
fettalkoholglykoleter, kondensasjonsprodukter av sulfonert naftalin og naftalinderivater med formaldehyd, kondensasjonsprodukter av naftalin eller naftalihsulfonsyrer med fenol og formaldehyd, polyoksyetylen-oktylfenoleter, -etoksylert isooktyl-fenol-, oktylfenol-, nonylfenol-, alkylfenol-polyglykoleter,
tributylfenylpolyglykoleter, alkylaryl-polyeteralkoholer, isotridecylalkohol, fettalkoholetylenoksyd-kondensater,
etoksylert ricinusolje, polyoksyetylenalkyleter, etoksylert polyoksypropylen, laurylalkohol-polyglykoleteracetal, sorbitol-ester, lignin, sulfitavluter og metylcellulose.
Pulver, strømidler og støvformede midler kan fremstilles ved blanding eller sammaling av de virksomme stoffer med et fast bærestoff.
Granulater, f.eks. omhyllings-, impregnerings- og homogengranulater, kan fremstilles ved binding av de virksomme stoffer til faste bærematerialer. Faste bærematerialer er eksempelvis mineralmaterialer så som silikagel, kiselsyrer, kiselgeler, silikater, talkum, kaolin, atta-leire, kalkstein, kalk, kritt, bolus, forskjellige sorter leire, dolomitt, diatomé-jord, kalsium- og magnesiumsulfat, magnesiumoksyd, malte harpikser, gjødningsstoffer, som f.eks. ammoniumsulfat, ammoniumfosfat, ammoniumnitrat, urinstoffer og vegetabilske materialer så som mel av korn, mel av bark, tre og nøtteskall, cellulosepulver og andre faste bærematerialer.
Blandingene inneholder mellom 0,1 og 95 vektprosent
virksomt stoff, fortrinnsvis mellom 0,5 og 90 vektprosent.
Til blandingene eller de enkelte virksomme stoffer kan man tilsette oljer av forskjellige typer, herbicider, fungicider, nematoeider, insekticider, baktericider, sporelementer, gjødnings-stoffer, anti-skumningsmidler (f.eks. silikoner), vekstregulatorer, motgiftmidler eller andre herbicid virksomme forbindelser, som f.eks.
substituerte aniliner,

I drivhus ble forskjellige planter ved en vek st høy de på v: 2-15 cm behandlet med følgende virksomme enkeltstoffer og deres blandinger som dispersjon eller støv:
Etter 10-17 døgn ble det slått fast at blandingene hadde en bedre herbicid virkning enn de enkelte virksomme stoffer ved samme forenelighet med kulturplantene.
Forsøksresultatet vil fremgå av den følgende tabell.
Eksempel 2
På friland ble forskjellige planter ved en veksthøyde på 2-10 cm behandlet med følgende virksomme enkeltstoffer og deres blandinger som emulsjon eller pasta:
Etter 2-3 uker ble det slått fast at blandingene viste en bedre herbicid virkning enn enkeltstoffene ved samme forenelighet med kulturplantene.
Forsøksresultatet vil fremgå av den følgende tabell.
Eksempel 3
På friland ble forskjellige planter ved en veksthøyde på 2-22 cm behandlet med følgende virksomme enkeltstoffer og deres blandinger som vannfrie løsninger:
og til sammenligning VI = N-p-klorfenyl-N',N'-dimetylurinstoff med 2+3 kg/ha a.S. og blandingen VI + I med 2+1 kg/ha a.S.
Etter 2-3 uker ble det slått fast at blandingene viste
en bedre forenelighet med kulturplantene og en bedre herbicid virkning enn det virksomme stoff VI og blandingen VI + I.

Eksempel 4
På friland ble forskjellige planter ved en veksthøyde på 3-25 cm behandlet med følgende virksomme enkeltstoffer og deres blandinger:
Etter 12-17 døgn ble det fastslått at blandingene viste en bedre herbicid virkning ved samme forenelighet med kulturplantene enn enkeltstoffene.
Forsøksresultatet vil fremgå av den følgende tabell.
Eksempel 5
På friland ble forskjellige planter ved en veksthøyde på 0,5-12 cm behandlet med følgende virksomme enkeltstoffer og deres blandinger som granulat:
Etter 2-3 uker ble det fastslått at blandingene viste en bedre herbicid virkning ved samme forenelighet med kulturplantene enn enkeltstoffene.

- Herbicid preparat, karakterisert ved at dét inneholder en blanding av a) en forbindelse av formelen:eller ammonium-, natrium-, kalium-, kalsium- eller magnesiumsalter derav, eller salter med etylamin, dimetylamin, dietylamin, etanolamin, dietanolamin eller dimetyletanolamin, og b) en forbindelse av formelen:hvori X, Y og Z betyr hydrogen, klor eller metyl, og R betyr hydrogen eller alkyl med 1-8 karbonatomer, eller salter derav.
