Abstract

The floor construction is intended for a trailer with load-carrying side walls (3) and comprises a supporting floor (4) below the floor deck (5). It has an axle suspension frame to which spring supports (6a-d) are secured in front of and behind each wheel axle (10). Each spring support is secured below a transverse element (7a-d) of inverted trapezium section, the uppermost side of the element being flush with the upper surface of the support floor (4). The lateral ends of the elements are directly secured to the side walls (3). In the upper part of the elements there may be beams (8a-d) to support the deck (5).
