Abstract

The synthetic resin pref. PVC is injected into the mould at the place where the top of the teat is moulded with the sucking opening. An opening is formed in the flask at the place where the synthetic resin is injected into the mould and after removal of at least a part of the mould this flask is cut away to form the sucking opening. The synthetic resin is injected into the mould where the thickness of the opening between the parts of the mould is 0.50-0.60mm. under a pressure of 1000-12000 kg/cm2, and a temp. of ca 130 degrees C.
