Abstract

Water droplets are sepd. from steam by a double cylinder arrangement. The central cylinder for the water-steam inlet has a bladed device for imparting rotational movement to the mixture. The water is thrown out and deflected downwards into the annular space between two cylinders. Residual water is removed by a number of narrow channels arranged around the outlet of the central tube.
