Abstract

Dough metering machine, for periodically depositing a measured quantity of dough from a nozzle connected to a dough reservoir into moulds passing below the nozzle, in which the reservoir consists of at least one compressable hose installed in a vacuum chamber containing a periodically driven roll-disc at least two rollers on which simultaneously punch the hose at two spaced points, isolating the required portion of dough therein. One such hose is installed for each dough nozzle, all the hoses being operated by a common roll-disc.
