Abstract

Process comprises first forming a skeleton of the product from a suitable cut-out reinforcing flexible sheet to which foamed plastic adheres, and the spraying the surface of the skeleton with a foamed plastic so that it is covered with a layer thereof. A product with specific resilient surface properties is produced by first spraying the skeleton with a hardenable plastic foam and thereafter covering the required parts with a foam composition which is resilient after hardening. Used in furniture manufacture.
