The disclosure provides a. storage rack which comprises a. first connecting rack. A mounting housing is mounted on the first connecting rack, a through hole runs through. a bottom. of the mounting housing, a first fastener and a second fastener are 5 provided, in an inner cavity of the mounting housing, both the first fastener and the second fastener are respectively provided with a clasping groove, the two clasping grooves are arranged opposite to each other, and a driving rack is hinged on the second fastener, a driving handle is movably connected to one side of the 10 mounting housing close to the second fastener, the driving handle comprises a driving portion, one end of the driving portion is provided with a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion, the first connecting portion is hinged on the Hbunting housing, the driving rack is hinged on the second connecting l5 portion, a top of the mounting housing is provided with a locking hole, and a locking hook member in snap connection with the locking hole is mounted on the driving handle. Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The disclosure relates to the field of automobile bearing brackets, and particularly to a storage rack.
BACKGROUND With the development of economy, modern people pay more and more attention to the comfort of leisure activities, and cars have become the best means of transportation. At present, shared bikes are found in all areas of the city. In order to carry many bikes or other objects, a bearing bracket is usually mounted at a car rear. However, a trailer hook with a ball head pin is usually mounted at the car rear. The existing storage racks are mostly fixed to the car rears by bolt connection, and it is also neces- sary to make holes in the areas of the car rears rather than the trailer hooks, which is inconvenient for disassembly and causes damage to the cars themselves.
SUMMARY The disclosure aims to design a storage rack to solve the above technical deficiencies, the storage rack can be reliably connected with a ball head pin on a trailer hook, is easily assem- bled and disassembled, and eliminates the need to make additional holes in the car rear, thereby avoiding vehicle damage to a cer- tain extent. In order to solve the technical problem, the technical solu- tion of the disclosure is as follows: a storage rack comprises a first connecting rack, a mounting housing is mounted on the first connecting rack, a through hole runs through a bottom of the mounting housing, a first fastener and a second fastener are pro- vided in an inner cavity of the mounting housing, both the first fastener and the second fastener are respectively provided with a clasping groove, the two clasping grooves are arranged opposite to each other, and a driving rack is hinged on the second fastener; a driving handle is movably connected to one side of the mounting housing close to the second fastener, the driving handle comprises a driving portion, one end of the driving portion is provided with a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion, the first connecting portion is hinged on the mounting housing, the driving rack is hinged on the second connecting portion, the first fastener and the second fastener are brought close to each other in a connected state between the driving handle and the mounting housing via a detachable connecting structure, a top of the mount- ing housing is provided with a locking hole, and a locking hook member in snap connection with the locking hole is mounted on a bottom of the driving handle.
Preferably, the detachable connecting structure comprises a first rotating column arranged on the first connecting portion and a second rotating column arranged on the second connecting por- tion, the first rotating column is hinged with the mounting hous- ing, the second rotating column is hinged with the driving rack, a pressing plate extends at an end portion of the driving rack close to the second rotating column, and a length of the pressing plate is greater than a spacing between the first rotating column and a second rotating shaft.
Preferably, the locking hook member comprises a locking plate, a hook plate arranged at a bottom of the locking plate, and a driving member arranged at a top of the locking plate, at least one sliding groove runs through the locking plate, an inner cavity of the driving handle is provided with a sliding column slidably connected in the sliding groove, a first elastic member is ar- ranged between the sliding column and the sliding groove, and a movable groove for the driving member to move runs through a top of the driving handle.
Preferably, a limiting groove runs through a top of the driv- ing portion, and the top of the locking plate is provided with a limiting plate slidably connected to the limiting groove.
Preferably, the locking plate is provided with a locking groove, the driving handle is provided with a rotary latch, and the rotary latch is provided with a locking member in fit with the locking groove.
Preferably, a side wall of the first connecting rack is ver- tically provided with an abutting plate, and the abutting plate abuts against a side wall of the mounting housing away from the driving handle. Preferably, the storage rack further comprises two second connecting racks arranged symmetrically, one side end portion of each of the second connecting racks is fixedly connected with an end portion of the first connecting rack, a support plate is mounted between the other side end portions of the two second con- necting racks, at least one support is mounted on each of the sec- ond connecting racks, an arc-shaped bearing portion is mounted on an end portion of the support, a binding structure is provided on the support, and the binding structure comprises a binding member and a locking buckle.
Preferably, the second connecting racks are respectively pro- vided with a connecting member for hinging the support; a buckling groove in snap connection with side walls of the second connecting racks is formed on a bottom surface of the support; the side walls of the second connecting racks are respectively provided with a snap-in hole; the buckling groove is provided with a mounting groove; the mounting groove is rotatably connected to a snap-in plate in snap connection with the snap-in hole; and a second elas- tic member is provided between the snap-in plate and the bottom surface of the support.
Preferably, a license plate frame is mounted on a side wall of the support plate away from the first connecting rack.
Preferably, a folding plate is respectively hinged on both sides of the support plate, a tail lamp is mounted on each of the folding plates, and a current delivery device is connected between the two tail lamps.
Compared with the prior art, the disclosure has the following beneficial effects: the ball head pin on the trailer hook at the car rear is clasped by buckling of the first fastener and the sec- ond fastener; during mounting, the ball head pin only needs to be inserted into the through hole and extend between the first fas- tener and the second fastener; through hinged fit between the driving portion and the driving rack, the driving rack drives the second fastener to approach the first fastener by pressing down the driving handle, and a spacing between the two clasping grooves decreases until both of them abut against the ball head pin; at this moment, the locking hook member is inserted into the locking hole and completes snap connection therewith, a position of the driving handle is fixed to maintain clasping of the ball head pin by the first fastener and the second fastener, so that connection between the storage rack and the car rear is relatively reliable, and no additional hole is made in the car rear, thereby avoiding vehicle damage to a certain extent.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS The disclosure will be further described through embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
Referring to FIGS. 1 to 5, a storage rack comprises a first connecting rack 1 and two second connecting racks 2 arranged sym- metrically, one side end portion of each of the two second con- necting racks 2 is fixedly connected with an end portion of the first connecting rack 1, a support plate 32 is mounted between the 5 other side end portions of the two second connecting racks 2, at least one support 3 is mounted on each of the second connecting racks 2; an end portion of the support 3 is provided with an arc- shaped bearing portion 4, an upper surface of the arc-shaped bear- ing portion 4 is arranged in a curved manner with a radian thereof adapted to that of a bike wheel, and it is used to support the bike wheel; and the first connecting rack 1, the two second con- necting racks 2, and the support plate 32 form a rectangular frame around to provide good support for storage of a bike or other ob- ject.
A license plate frame 38 is mounted on a side wall of the support plate 32 away from the first connecting rack 1, and a li- cense plate can be removed from a car rear and mounted in the 1li- cense plate frame 38 to avoid obstruction of the license plate when the storage rack is mounted on the car rear. A folding plate 39 is respectively hinged on both sides of the support plate 32, a tail lamp 40 is mounted on each of the folding plate 39, a current delivery device 41 is connected between the two tail lamps 40, and the two tail lamps 40 are connected to an external power supply via the current delivery device 41, so as to ensure the safety of a user in driving.
A mounting housing 8 is mounted on the first connecting rack 1, a side wall of the first connecting rack 1 is vertically pro- vided with an abutting plate 31, the abutting plate 31 abuts against a side wall of the mounting housing 8 away from a driving handle 45, and the abutting plate 31 is used for positioning a mounting position of the mounting housing 8. A through hole 9 runs through a bottom of the mounting housing 8, the mounting housing 8 is provided with a first fastener 10 and a second fastener 11 at positions corresponding to the through hole 9, both the first fas- tener 10 and the second fastener 11 are respectively provided with a clasping groove 12, the two clasping grooves 12 are arranged op- posite to each other, the first fastener 10 is hinged to a top and a bottom of one side of an inner cavity of the mounting housing 8, a top of the second fastener 11 is hinged to the other side of the inner cavity of the mounting housing 8, a driving rack 13 is hinged on the second fastener 11, a driving handle 45 is movably connected to one side of the mounting housing 8 close to the sec- ond fastener 11, and the driving handle comprises two driving por- tions 44; the driving portions 44 are of L-shaped plate-like structures, one end of each of the driving portions 44 is provided with a first connecting portion 14 and a second connecting portion 15, the first connecting portion 14 is hinged on the mounting housing 8, the driving rack 13 is hinged on the second connecting portion 15, the first fastener 10 and the second fastener 11 are brought close to each other in a connected state between the driv- ing handle 45 and the mounting housing 8 via a detachable connect- ing structure, the detachable connecting structure comprises a first rotating column 16 and a second rotating column 17, the first rotating column 16 is connected between the two first con- necting portions 14, and the first rotating column 16 is hinged in the mounting housing 8; and the second rotating column 17 is con- nected between the two second connecting portions 15, and the sec- ond rotating column 17 is hinged with the driving rack 13. A top of the mounting housing 8 is provided with a locking hole 18, and a locking hook member 19 in snap connection with the locking hole 18 is mounted on a bottom of the driving handle 45.
During the process of mounting the storage rack to the car rear, the second connecting portion 15 drives the second rotating column 17 to move along a circumference of the first rotating col- umn 16 by lifting a driving rod up, the second rotating column 17 drives the second fastener 11 away from the first fastener 10 by the driving rack 13 due to hinged fit between the driving portions 44 and the driving rack 13, a spacing between the two clasping grooves 12 increases, so that the user can insert a ball head pin on a trailer hook into the through hole 9 and extend it between the first fastener 10 and the second fastener 11. The second fas- tener 11 approaches the first fastener 10 by pressing down the driving handle 45, and the spacing between the two clasping grooves 12 decreases until they abut against the ball head pin. In this process, the locking hook member 19 is inserted into the locking hole 18 and completes snap connection therewith, a posi- tion of the driving handle 45 is fixed to maintain clasping of the ball head pin by the first fastener 10 and the second fastener 11, so that connection between the storage rack and the car rear is relatively reliable, and no additional hole is made in the car rear, thereby avoiding vehicle damage to a certain extent.
The locking hook member 19 comprises a locking plate 191, a hook plate 192 arranged at a bottom of the locking plate 191, and a driving member 193 arranged at a top of the locking plate 191. Two sliding grooves 21 symmetrically run through the locking plate 191, an inner cavity of the driving handle 45 is provided with a sliding column 22 slidably connected in the sliding grooves 21, the slidable connection between the sliding column 22 and the sliding grooves 21 guides a moving direction of the locking plate 191 inside the driving handle 45, a first elastic member 24 is ar- ranged between the sliding column 22 and the sliding groove 21 close to the driving rack 13, and a movable groove 23 for the driving member 193 to move runs through a top of the driving han- dle 45.
When the driving rod is pressed down, the hook plate 192 ap- proaches to the locking hole 18, a bottom bevel of the hook plate 192 abuts against an inner wall of the locking hole 18, and then the driving rod continues to be pressed down, the hook plate 192 moves along a length direction of the driving handle 45 so as to drive the first elastic member 24 to stretch, and insert the hook plate 192 into the locking hole 18. When the hook plate 192 is completely inserted into the locking hole 18, an elastic force of the first elastic member 24 to restore deformation drives the locking plate 191 to slide towards the driving portions 44, and the hook plate 192 completes snap connection with the locking hole
18. The user can release the snap connection of the hook plate 192 with the locking hole 18 by pushing the driving member 193 to slide the locking plate 191 away from the drive portions 44 and move the hook plate 192 into the locking hole 18, which facili- tates the user to lift the driving handle 45 up. A limiting groove 26 runs through a top of each of the driving portions 44, and the top of the locking plate 191 is provided with a limiting plate 27 slidably connected to the limiting groove 26 to limit a sliding distance of the locking plate 191. The locking plate 191 is provided with a locking groove 28, the driving handle 45 is provided with a rotary latch 30, the ro- tary latch 30 is provided with a locking member 29 in fit with the locking groove 28, and the rotary latch 30 moves in the locking groove 28 via the locking member 29. The rotary latch 30 is also known as a tongue lock and a cam lock. It is one of the common locks in ordinary life, and adjusting the position of the locking member 29 in the locking groove 28 by means of a key provided so as to lock or unlock the positioning of the locking plate 191 is a conventicnal technical means in the art, and will not be described in detail herein.
A pressing plate 20 extends at an end portion of the driving rack 13 close to the second rotating column 17, a length of the pressing plate 20 is greater than a spacing between the first ro- tating column 16 and a second rotating shaft, and a bottom of the pressing plate 20 abuts against the second rotating shaft to fit with the locking hook member 19, so that the second fastener 11 is fastened to the first fastener 10 more tightly.
The second connecting racks 2 are respectively provided with a connecting member 33 for hinging the support 3, the support 3 can be folded or unfolded on the corresponding second connecting rack 2 via the connecting member 33, a buckling groove 34 in snap connection with side walls of the second connecting racks 2 is formed on a bottom surface of the support 3, the side walls of the second connecting racks 2 are respectively provided with a snap-in hole 46, the buckling groove 34 is provided with a mounting groove 36, the mounting groove 36 is rotatably connected to a snap-in plate 37, a snap-in block 35 snap connected in a buckle is formed on a side wall of the snap-in plate 37 close to the second con- necting member 33, and a second elastic member 25 is provided be- tween the snap-in plate 37 and the bottom face of the support 3.
By toggling the snap-in plate 37, the second elastic member 25 is retracted under pressure, the snap-in plate 37 rotates and is re- ceived in the mounting groove 36. When the support 3 is fully un-
folded, the buckling groove 34 abuts against the second connecting racks 2, an elastic force of the second elastic member 25 to re- store deformation drives the snap-in plate 37 to rotate close to the snap-in hole 46, so that the snap-in plate 37 exposes an end portion of the mounting groove 3¢ to be in snap connection with the snap-in hole 46, so as to maintain an unfolded state of the corresponding support 3. The support 3 is provided with a binding structure 5, and the binding structure 5 comprises a binding member 51 and a locking buckle 52. After a bike is placed on the two second connecting racks 2, one end of the binding member 51 is fixedly connected to an outside wall of the arc-shaped bearing portion via the locking buckle 52, and the other end of the binding member 51 is a free end. After the binding member 51 helps to fix the bike, the free end of the binding member 51 can be fixed on the locking buckle
52. The locking buckle 52 is of a blocking buckle structure, which is a conventional prior art, and will not be described in detail herein. A mounting base 6 is mounted at a junction of the first connecting rack 1 and each of the second connecting racks 2, and a curved rod 7 is mounted between the two mounting bases 6, and the curved rod 7 is used to assist in supporting the bike bound to the storage rack and separating the bike from a car trunk to prevent direct collision therebetween. The mounting base 6 comprises two base plates 61, mounting columns 62 mounted on the base plates 61, and screwing members 63. Opposite side walls of the two mounting columns 62 are respective- ly provided with a recess 42 for mounting the curved rod 7, a screw 43 is rotatably connected between the two base plates 61, the screw 43 passes through the curved rod 7 and is in threaded connection with the screwing members 63, and fits with the two base plates 61 to press or loosen the two mounting columns 62, so as to facilitate the user to adjust angles between the curved rod 7 and the second connecting racks 2 for fixing and unfold or fold the curved rod 7. It is possible to reduce the space occupied by the storage rack by folding the curved rod 7, the supports 3 and the folding plate 39, so as to facilitate the user to place the storage rack separated from the car rear in the car trunk or to store a plural- ity of folded storage racks.
