Claims (12)
1. Accommodatieve intraoculaire lens met een optische as, waarbij de accommodatieve lens omvat: - ten minste één variabele lens met optisch vermogen: - die een lensdiameter heeft in een loodrechte richting op de optische as en een centrale lensdikte heeft in een parallelle richting aan de optische as, en - waarbij de variabele lens met optisch vermogen aangepast is om een variabel optisch vermogen voor het oog te verschaffen waarbij de mate van positief optisch vermogen omgekeerd afhankelijk is van de mate van lensdiameter, en - een combinatie van mechanische middelen waaronder: - ten minste één positioneringsmiddel met een axiale dikte, een dikte in een parallelle richting aan de optische as, en waarbij het middel is aangepast om de lens met variabel vermogen te kunnen positioneren in het oog, en - ten minste één translatiemiddel met een axiale dikte, een dikte in een parallelle richting aan de optische as, en waarbij het middel is aangepast om overdracht en translatie van beweging te verschaffen van ten minste één aandrijfcomponent in het oog naar ten minste één component van de lens met variabel vermogen, met het kenmerk dat de verhouding tussen axiale dikte van de mechanische middelen en de lens diameter niet hoger ligt dan 1/10.
2. Accommodatieve lens volgens conclusie 1, met het kenmerk dat de lens ten minste één mechanisch middel omvat dat is aangepast om zowel de variabele lens te kunnen positioneren, alsmede de overdracht en translatie van beweging te verschaffen van ten minste één aandrijfcomponent in het oog naar ten minste één component van de lens met variabel vermogen.
3. Accommodatieve lens volgens conclusie 1, met het kenmerk dat de lens ten minste twee mechanische middelen omvat die zijn aangepast om de variabele lens te kunnen positioneren door ten minste één mechanisch middel, en om de overdracht en translatie van beweging te verschaffen van ten minste één aandrijfcomponent in het oog naar ten minste één component van de lens met variabel vermogen door ten minste één ander mechanisch middel.
4. Accommodatieve lens volgens conclusie 1, met het kenmerk dat de verhouding tussen de axiale dikte van de mechanische middelen en de axiale dikte van de lens diameter een variabele verhouding is.
5. Accommodatieve lens volgens conclusie 1, met het kenmerk dat de verhouding tussen de axiale dikte van de mechanische middelen en de axiale dikte van de lens diameter een constante verhouding is.
6. Accommodatieve lens volgens conclusie 1, met het kenmerk dat de lens translatiemiddelen omvat die zijn aangepast om overdracht en translatie van beweging te verschaffen van ten minste één aandrijfmiddel in het oog naar ten minste één component van slechts de lens met variabel vermogen in een parallelle richting aan de optische as.
7. Accommodatieve lens volgens conclusie 1, met het kenmerk dat de lens een translatiemiddel omvat dat is aangepast om translatie van beweging te verschaffen van ten minste één aandrijfmiddelcomponent in het oog naar ten minste één component van slechts de lens met variabel vermogen in een loodrechte richting op de optische as.
8. Accommodatieve lens volgens conclusie 1, met het kenmerk dat de lens een vrije-vorm lens met variabel vermogen omvat welke ten minste één combinatie omvat van ten minste twee optische elementen die elk zijn voorzien van ten minste één vrije-vorm optisch oppervlak, waarbij de combinatie van vrije-vorm optische oppervlakken is aangepast om een lens te verschaffen met variabel optisch vermogen waarvan de mate van variabel optisch vermogen afhangt van de mate van onderlinge verplaatsing van de vrije-vorm optische oppervlakken, waarbij de axiale dikte van vrije-vorm lens met variabel vermogen een constante dikte heeft die onafhankelijk is van de mate van onderlinge verplaatsing van de optische oppervlakken.
9. Accommodatieve lens volgens conclusie 1, met het kenmerk dat de lenscombinatie een krommingsverandering lens met variabel vermogen omvat welke ten minste één elastische optische lens omvat, welke lens is aangepast om een variabel optisch vermogen te verschaffen door een geleidelijke krommingsverandering van ten minste één optisch oppervlak van de variabele lens,
waarbij de axiale dikte van de krommingsverandering lens met variabel vermogen een variabele dikte heeft die afhankelijk is van de mate van krommingsverandering van het optisch opperviak.
10. Lenscombinatie volgens een van de conclusies 1-7, met het kenmerk dat de lens mechanische translatiemiddelen omvat die zijn aangepast om een translatie van de beweging van de ciliaire massa, het aandrijfmiddel, van het oog om te zetten naar een beweging van een component van de lens met vairabel vermogen.
11. Werkwijze voor het implanteren van een accommodatieve lens volgens elke combinatie van conclusies 1-8, met het kenmerk dat de accommodatieve lens wordt geïmplanteerd in een fakisch oog.
12. Werkwijze voor het implanteren van een accommodatieve lens volgens elke combinatie van conclusies 1-8, met het kenmerk dat de accommodatieve lens wordt geïmplanteerd in een afakisch oog.
