Claims (15)
1. Schoen (1) omvattende een voorste deel (3) en een achterste deel (4) aangebracht op een zool (5), waarbij de zool (5) een scharnier (8) omvat die het voorste deel (3) en het achterste deel (4) draaibaar verbindt voor het openen en 5 sluiten van de schoen (1), alsmede een vergrendelmechanisme (22) voor het vergrendelen van de schoen (1) in gesloten positie, met het kenmerk, dat het scharnier (8) een eerste schar-nierdeel (8a) en een tweede scharnierdeel (8b) omvat, waarbij het eerste scharnierdeel (8a) en het tweede scharnierdeel (8b) 10 zijn verbonden op een scharnierpunt (8c) en het eerste scharnierdeel (8a) van het scharnier (8) zich van de ene zijde van het scharnierpunt (8c) uitstrekt naar de andere zijde van het scharnierpunt (8c).
2. Schoen (1) volgens conclusie 1, met het kenmerk, 15 dat het tweede scharnierdeel (8b) is voorzien van één of meer steunvlakken (13b, 14b) om het eerste scharnierdeel (8a) te ondersteunen.
3. Schoen (1) volgens conclusie 1 of 2, met het kenmerk, dat het tweede scharnierdeel (8b) het eerste 20 scharnierdeel (8a) ten minste gedeeltelijk omgeeft.
4. Schoen (1) volgens conclusie 1, met het kenmerk, dat het vergrendelmechanisme (22) is aangebracht op afstand van het scharnierpunt (8c) van het scharnier (8).
5. Schoen volgens conclusie 4, met het kenmerk, dat 25 het vergrendelmechanisme (22) is aangebracht aan de achterkant van de schoen (1), in het bijzonder ter plaatse van de hak van de schoen (1).
6. Schoen (1) volgens conclusie 5, met het kenmerk, dat het vergrendelmechanisme (22) tenminste gedeeltelijk is 30 geïntegreerd in de hak.
7. Schoen (1) volgens één van de voorgaande conclusies, met het kenmerk, dat het vergrendelmechanisme (22) is voorzien van een bedieningsmechanisme (23, 30, 32, 34, 35, 38) voor het vrijgeven en/of vergrendelen van het 35 vergrendelmechanisme (22).
8. Schoen (1) volgens conclusie 7, met het kenmerk, dat het vergrendelmechanisme (22) is voorzien van middelen - 11 - (27, 40) die het bedieningsmechanisme (23, 30, 32, 34, 38) in een positie dwingen waarin het vergrendelmechanisme (22) is vergrendeld.
9. Schoen (1) volgens conclusie 8, met het kenmerk, 5 dat het bedieningsmechanisme (23, 30, 32, 34, 38) door een veer wordt gedwongen.
10. Schoen (1) volgens één van de voorgaande conclusies, met het kenmerk, dat het vergrendelmechanisme (22) is ontworpen voor het automatisch vergrendelen wanneer de 10 schoen (1) is gesloten.
11. Schoen volgens conclusie 10, met het kenmerk, dat het vergrendelmechanisme (22) een eerste contactvlak (29), verbonden met het voorste deel (8a) van het scharnier (8), en een tweede contactvlak (28), verbonden met het 15 bedieningsmechanisme (22), omvat, waarbij het eerste en het tweede contactvlak (29 respectievelijk 28) op elkaar inwerken wanneer de schoen (1) wordt gesloten en wel zodanig dat het vergrendelmechanisme (22) tijdelijk wordt gedwongen in de onvergrendelde positie totdat de schoen gesloten is.
12. Schoen (1) volgens conclusie 11, met het kenmerk, dat het eerste en het tweede contactvlak (29 respectievelijk 28) zijn aangebracht op een eerste (26) respectievelijk tweede haak (25) die in elkaar grijpen en de schoen (1) vergrendelen in gesloten positie.
13. Schoen (1) volgens conclusie 1, met het kenmerk, dat het scharnier (8) is voorzien van één of meer torsieveren (17) die de schoen in open positie dwingen.
14. Schoen (1) volgens conclusie 13, met het kenmerk, dat één of meer benen (18, 19) van de torsieveer (17) zijn 30 opgenomen in een uitsparing (20, 21) in het eerste gedeelte (8a) en/of het tweede gedeelte (8b) van het scharnier (8).
15. Scharnier (8) voor een schoen (1) volgens één of meer van de voorgaande conclusies.
