Abstract
PZF systeem omvat innovatieve Dual Nerve Cuffs en PZF elektroden die de signalen, van en naar de hersenen, via het perifere zenuwstelsel naar het besturingssysteem geleid.PZF system refers to an electronic control system with which PZF system detects, classifies, registers, distorts, filters and/or blocks the unwanted signals to and from the brain via the peripheral nerve pathways using PFZ Dual Nerve Cuffs and PZF electrodes. In addition, the control system can recognize, register and allow the desired signals to and from the brain without modification via the same Dual Nerve Cuffs and PZF electrodes. This system is also able to recognize, distort, isolate, block and/or filter the unwanted pain signals that are sent from the muscles and nerve pathways to the brain and from the brain to the nerve pathways via the peripheral nerve pathways. PZF system includes innovative Dual Nerve Cuffs and PZF electrodes that conduct the signals to and from the brain via the peripheral nervous system to the control system.

DEEL 1 — Probleemstelling, samenvatting en het verschil met de huidige bestaande technolcgiePART 1 — Problem statement, summary and difference with current existing technology
De huidige bestaande technologieën en systemen zijn gebaseerd opCurrent existing technologies and systems are based on
Diepe Hersenstimalatie {DBS} en Neuromcdulatie, Om Diepe Hersens stimulatie {DES} te kunnen Toepassen moet de patiënt sen hersen-Deep Brain Stimulation {DBS} and Neuromodulation, In order to apply Deep Brain Stimulation {DES} the patient must have a brain-
operatie ondergaan. During brain surgery, the DBS electrodes are implanted in the brain. This brain surgery is very complex and can have many complications.
1D Dit gebeurt zonder een operatie in de hersenen van de patiënt,PEF (this invention) relates to the development, use and application of the complete PZF system, which enables medical specialists to trace, localize, register, distort, filter and/or block unwanted signals in patients via the peripheral nervous system {ze- nowbanen}. 1D This is done without surgery in the patient's brain,
Another big difference between the current existing systems {DBS} and this invention {PEF} is that the current existing systems (DBI) use a kind of Neuromodulation and sending signals to the brain areas. PAY however does not use a Neuromodulation technique and the PIF electrodes do not send signals to the brain to stimulate or influence the brain areas. The PZF electrodes and the Dual Nerve Cuffs of PEF trace, locate and register via the peripheral nervous system (nerve pathways), the unwanted signals that are sent to and from the brain. The peripheral nervous system then conducts these signals, with the help of the Dual Nerve Cuffs and the PIF electrodes, to the PLP filter system and filters and/or blocks them. At the same time, the PAF system allows the desired signals sent to and from the brain to pass through the peripheral nervous system unchanged, without blocking or influencing them.
The PZF system also has the ability to recognize, register, filter and/or block pain signals from the peripheral nervous system (nerve pathways) in patients with neurological disorders.
DEEL 2 ~ Inleiding tot de uitvindingPART 2 ~ Introduction to the Invention
PIF richt zich op verschillende ziektebeelden waar symptomen, zoals onder andere trillen {tremors}, bewegingsarmoede {(akine-~ > alie}, essentié&ls tremor, cngswensitie bewegingen {onwillekeurigs bewegingen/oncontroleschare spierbewegingen), stijfheid {rigidi- teithypokinesie}, tic, ataxie en houdingsafwijkingen voorkomen,PIF focuses on various disease patterns where symptoms such as tremors, lack of movement (akine-~ > alie), essential tremor, involuntary movements (uncontrolled muscle movements), rigidity (hypokinesia), tic, ataxia and postural deviations occur.
This takes place outside the brain areas and without any brain operation. In this way, the PIF can classify, localize, register, distort, filter and/or block the unwanted signals from the peripheral nervous system. Also, BEF can recognize, register, filter and/or block the unwanted signals via the peripheral nervous system (nerve pathways) if they are caused by damage to the central or peripheral nervous system (such as in diabetic neuropathy).

The Dual Nerve Cuffs and the PIF electrodes of PAE are placed around and in the peripheral nervous system (nerve pathways) respectively. They are connected to the control system of PEF via special cables. The Dual Nerve Cuffs and the PAF electrodes recognize and trace the signals to and from the brain. The control system will then classify the signals. This means that PEF divides the signals into several classifications.
This division includes: Desired signals, unwanted signals, signals from the brain to the muscles or signals from the muscles to the brain.
After this, PZE will perform the process of attenuating the unwanted signals and then distort the unwanted signals if necessary and block them completely. This process is done by a filter technology that is built into the control system.
This step-by-step plan and process applies to all signals sent from the brain to the muscles and nerve pathways and also to all signals sent from the muscles and nerve pathways to the brain,
The settings and data collection of the PZE control system are controlled wirelessly from an external computer,
