Abstract
La invención se dirige a la farmacia y la medicina y está referida a una composición farmacéutica estimulante de la biosíntesis de S-adenosilmetionina y también se refiere a un medicamento por vía oral en forma de dosificación por tabletas que tienen un efecto hepatoprotector y puede ser utilizado para el tratamiento de las enfermedades acompañadas de lesión hepática. El objetivo de la invención es el desarrollo de un fármaco por vía oral estable, en forma de tableta, basado en una nueva composición farmacéutica no-tóxica y con un efecto hepatoprotector, debido a la estimulación de la biosíntesis de la S-adenosilmetionina en las células hepáticas. El objetivo fijado es el resuelto por el desarrollo de una composición farmacéutica que estimula la biosíntesis de la S-adenosilmetionina, que se caracteriza por contener una mezcla de la metionina , ácido succínico , inosina, y taurina en cantidades eficaces y también para el desarrollo del fármaco administrado por vía oral en forma de tableta, con un efecto hepatoprotector. The new drug developed on the basis of the pharmaceutical composition that stimulates the biosynthesis of S-adenosylmethionine is highly effective and safe, has stability in its pharmaceutical form and can be used in long-term courses for the treatment of different diseases.
