Abstract

Se proporciona una forma de dosis oral de CCI-779 en donde, después de la administración oral a un sujeto, el CCI-779 tiene una concentración pico de sangre (Cmáx.) de 5.4 ± 1.8 ng/mL y un área bajo la curva (AUC) de al rededor de 66 ± aproximadamente 22 ng-hr/ml y el sirolimo tiene una Cmáx. de 18.7 ± 9.6 ng/mL y una AUC de alrededor de 600 ± aproximadamente 228 ng-hr/ml, para una dosis unitaria de 25 mg de productos de CCI-779 que contienen estas formas de dosis orales, y también se describen métodos de uso del mismo.-
