Abstract

This payment account management server (4) is provided with: a billing information reception unit (401) which receives, from each service system management server (3, 3A, 3B) for providing a service relating to a vehicle (2) to a user (U) of the vehicle, billing information that associates a payment account ID of the user with the charge for the service; a payment processing unit (402) which, on the basis of the payment account ID, performs a payment process for paying the charges for the services provided to the user (U), using financial institutions (5) associated with the services; and a usage detail information notification unit (404) which totals the charges for the services associated with the payment account ID and notifies the user (U) of usage detail information that indicates the sum of the charges for the services.
