Abstract
An air micronizing tool is installed in a hollow part of a hub of an impeller of a submerged mechanical aerator/agitator. The air micronizing tool is formed as a prism that has a traverse section in a shape of an octagon formed by four short sides and four long sides alternately arranged, and an upper surface of the prism is closed while a lower surface thereof is opened. A slit is formed in each of the four short sides so as to extend between the upper surface and the lower surface of the prism. The air micronizing tool is installed in the hollow part of the hub in a manner that the air micronizing tool and the hub have the same axis so that the air micronizing tool is rotated in association with the impeller.
