Abstract

An absorbent article capable of decreasing rear leakage while a wearer lies face up is provided. An absorbent article (1) includes a hight unit (33) located inside an outer edge of an absorber in a width direction and having a thickness larger than a thickness of the outer edge of the absorber. The absorbent article (1) includes a first curving portion (41) located adjacent to and behind the hight unit and configured to enable the absorbent article to be bent in a thickness direction, and a second curving portion (42) located behind the first curving portion and configured to enable the absorbent article to be bent in the thickness direction. A thickness (33T) of the absorber in the hight unit is larger than a thickness (34T) of the absorber in a rear portion (34) located adjacent to and behind the second curving portion.
