Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for fuelization of plant biomass, the method comprising: (a) collecting plant biomass and crushing the plant biomass; (b) initially compressing the plant biomass crushed at the Step (a) until moisture content of the crushed plant biomass becomes less than 40%; (c) adding moisture and wetting agent to the plant biomass partially removed of moisture at the Step (b ); (d) secondarily compressing the plant biomass added with moisture at the Step (c) until moisture content becomes less than 40% ; (e) heating and drying the plant biomass partially removed of moisture at the Step (d) until the moisture content becomes less than 20%; and (f) semi-carbonizing the plant biomass by heating the plant biomass dried at the Step (e). According to the present invention, excessive generation of clinkers or slags can be prevented by removing potassium through penetration of moisture into the plant biomass, and cause of generation of fouling can be inhibited.
