Abstract

[Problem] To provide a means capable of suppressing the generation of winding deviation in a roll electrode in which the expansion coefficient of a core is higher than the expansion coefficient of an electrode. [Solution] The roll electrode comprises a core (10) that extends in the axial direction and has an outer circumference that is substantially circular; an electrode (20) that has an expansion coefficient lower than that of the core and is wound into a roll shape on the outer circumference of the core; a fixing part (30) for fixing an end portion (21) from which the electrode starts being wound around the core; and a regulating part (40) for regulating the axial movement of the electrode wound into the roll shape with respect to the core.
