Abstract

A MOULD COMPRISES TWO HALVES FORMING ONE OR MORE MOULDING CAVITIES, EACH OF WHICH IS EQUIPPED WITH A SPRUE BUSH (3) FOR MOULDING COMPOSITION. THE CAVITY IS ADAPTED TO ACCOMMODATE A SHEET OF MATERIAL (4) WHICH IS SUPPLIED TO THE OPEN MOULD AND KEPT LOCATED TO ONE MOULD HALF (1) DURING THE CLOSING MOVEMENT OF THE MOULD. THE SHEET OF MATERIAL IS OF THE KIND HAVING A HOLE (5) THROUGH WHICH THE MOULDING COMPOSITION IS INJECTED FOR URGING THE SHEET OF MATERIAL INTO ENGAGEMENT AGAINST THE OTHER MOULD HALF (2). THE SPRUE BUSH IS FORMED WITH A NECK PORTION (7).(FIG. 1)
