THE LENGTH L OF THE Z' AXIAL DIRECTION OF THE ELECTRODES, THE LENGTH W OF THE X AXIAL DIRECTION THEREOF, AND THE DIAMETER D OF THE PIEZOELECTRIC OSCILLATOR ARE THE FORMED IN THE FOLLOWING RELATION.W < D/3 AND 0.5D < L < 2D/3.
