Abstract

La invencion se relaciona con un metodo ce moldeo para aluminio o aleacion de aluminio, en el cual el aluminio fundido es tratado y alimentado a al menos una estacion de moldeo (33, 34), en la cual el metal fundido es moldeado en productos semiterminados o similares. Se usa un numero de cucharones de fundido (25) para tratar y alimentar el aluminio fundido a la estacion de aluminio respectivo (33, 34). Los cucharones son llenados con el metal fundido y el cucharon es entonces transportado a al menos una etapa adicional (32), donde es tratado. El metal fundido es llevado posteriormente en los cucharones (25) a la estacion de moldeo (33, 34), donde los cucharones (25) son vaciados. La invencion proporciona de este modo un metodo eficiente que puede ser adaptado de manera flexible a los periodos de tiempo del proceso, los periodos alternados de acuerdo a la situacion.
