Abstract
[PROBLEMAS] Proporcionar un metodo para secar un pimiento que contiene capsinoide. [MEDIOS PARA RESOLVER LOS PROBLEMAS] Se proporciona un metodo para secar un pimiento que contiene capsinoide para el uso en la extraccion de capsinoide, caracterizado en que el secado mediante calentamiento se lleva a cabo por lo menos hasta que el pimiento que contiene capsinoide se somete a un cambio de peso de = 20% del peso en la forma de fruta en bruto y tiene un contenido de agua de = 10%.
