Abstract

A packaging arrangement (100, 200) for storing at least one component (105, 205), comprising at least one tray (101, 102, 103, 104, 203, 204) being adapted to hold and set the component and to provide individual mechanical protection for at least parts of the component.

Description

CONCEPT OF CHAROLA TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a packaging arrangement for storing components and comprises at least one tray in accordance with the introduction of claim 1, as well as a collapsible packaging system according to claim 16 using the packaging arrangement.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREVIOUS TECHNIQUE Packaging systems comprising trays for holding and fixing and / or placing / aligning various components or articles packaged together in layers have been known in a variety of variants, e.g., in the field of electronics. A pallet for transporting articles in the form of coils is described in document US-A-4 580 680. The pallet comprises a lower part and a cover / lid part, the parts having the corresponding configurations. Several articles of articles can be superimposed, that is, placed one on top of the other in batteries and stacks, where the components carry cargo. The sides of the lower part and the part of cover that covers the components, are provided with projections to be received by recesses in the components. A separable / loose split is provided between the bottom and lid part to protect the components. The prior art packaging systems often use parts made of different materials, e.g. a wooden pallet as a lower part with an upper lid and side walls made of cardboard or cardboard. The packaging systems of the prior art have several disadvantages. These do not provide sufficient mechanical protection for packaged / wrapped items. Furthermore, the prior art packaging systems are also complicated and heavy to handle after unloading the articles, requiring a lot of space during the packing, transportation, unloading and return of the same as empty elements to be returned, thus requiring too many resources in terms of volume and life cycle. The recycling of the packaging systems of the prior art is also very complicated, because the pallets, the lid and the side walls are often made of different materials that require different handling methods and different forms of recycling. These materials are also non-conductive, which is a great disadvantage, especially for electronic components. These types of materials are also very easily damaged, creating waste and / or dust during handling, and they are also very sensitive to moisture or water, that is, they are frequently permeable to water, so that any item stored and the packaging system itself can be damaged by water or even destroyed.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION One purpose of the present invention is to provide a solution to the aforementioned problems by presenting an improved packaging system and arrangement. According to the invention, this purpose is achieved by a packaging system and arrangement of the type indicated by way of introduction, which has the characteristics presented in claims 1 and 16, the preferred embodiments being defined in the appended claims 2 to 15 and 17 to 26. Through the improved packaging system and arrangement of the invention and the preferred embodiments of the invention, several advantages are obtained. Each of the stored components is provided at least partially with an individual mechanical protection that improves the fixation and maintenance of the components in place, as well as repeatability when handling. The manual and automated handling of the components is simplified, given that the fixed tray (s) maintains, nonsustains and / or guides the components, making the system and packaging arrangement is very suitable for the user. The rejection rate of valuable components that are often sensitive to electricity Static and easily damaged, it can be eliminated or at least reduced, since one embodiment of the system and arrangement can provide protection against electrical impulses. The access to the components in the tray (s) located in an accessible way in the upper part of a tray or a stack of trays, is also improved, since at least one of the modalities of Tray does not have high sides that obstruct access. The trays in one mode relieve the loads / forces / impacts of the components and protect them against damage. The components are also fixed and located securely. This also eliminates the risk of component damage due to the physical proximity of other components or enclosure material, handling equipment or holding devices, even if handled carelessly. The packaging system and arrangement according to the invention allows an extraordinarily effective transportation system with a high efficiency in the use of the available volume, that is, the system maximizes the packing density when it is erected and filled with articles, as well as when the system is emptied / cleaned of items and the collapsed system units are returned, as well as minimizing the required amount of packaging material, the weight and costs of packaging material. Another advantage is that a system modality and packaging arrangement uses packable trays that further improve the efficiency of the resources in terms of volume used and life cycle. Therefore, stackable trays and / or packers save space when Store and / or empty trays that are returned require even less storage space and transportation. In addition, the packaging system and arrangement eliminate / limit the development of dust and any dirt / sludge from the components and the associated area in which the components are loaded / unloaded. Additionally, at least one embodiment of the packaging system and arrangement is made at least partially of plastic and, therefore, is impermeable to moisture / water, i.e., does not absorb moisture / water, and / or is also resistant to solvents, which achieves high structural strength in humid / humid environments.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The present invention will now be described in greater detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Figure 1 is a perspective view of a packaging system in accordance with one embodiment of the invention. Figure 2 is a perspective cut-away view of the packaging system of Figure 1. Figure 3 is a perspective cut-away view of the packaging system of Figure 2 in accordance with another embodiment of the invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Figures 1 to 5 and 8 illustrate a collapsible packaging system or concept 10 according to the invention, comprising at least one packaging arrangement 100, 200 in accordance with one embodiment of the invention (shown in Figures 6 and 7). ). The packaging arrangement 100, 200 comprises at least one tray in one embodiment or, preferably, at least one pair of trays 101, 102, 103, 104, 203, 204 in another embodiment adapted to support, maintain, establish and / or orienting at least one component and / or a series of components 105, 205 (see Figure 6) to store and / or transport by the packaging system 10, as well as to provide individual mechanical protection at least partially for the component by means of load / force absorption, that is, the tray absorbs / dampens / reduces / distributes loads and forces due to impacts, impulses coming from knocks / knocks during the handling of the packaging system 10. Preferably, the trays 101, 102, 103, 104, 203, 204 according to the invention they are stackable, although they can also be packaged. The trays in one embodiment are stackable and / or packable with components 105, 205 when loaded with components that have a suitable configuration to achieve this. The trays in another mode are stackable and / or packable without the components 105, 205. The trays provide individual mechanical protection for each of the components, either totally or partially. The trays can also be non-packable in themselves. The trays can only be used as inserts, separators, wedges, interlayers or fills between component layers. The trays could also be provided with means, e.g. retractable forks or supports, making stackable trays when pulled / pulled out and packable when pushed / retracted. The stackable and / or packable trays 101, 102, 103, 104, 203, 204 in one embodiment of the packaging system 10 are adapted to be stacked in a first state in which at least two adjacent trays have the same orientation one with respect to to another and packable in a second state in which one of the trays, eg that lower one, remains in its first orientation while the other tray, e.g. that superior one, turn, e.g. 180 with respect to the first tray and, subsequently, it is placed in the same place for the packed / tied. A first embodiment of the packaging system 10 according to the invention comprises at least two coinciding and separable parts, that is, at least one lower part 223 in the form of a pallet and at least one tray 101, 102, 103, 104 , 203, 204 located on a loading surface 224 of the pallet 223. A second embodiment of the packaging system 10 comprises at least three coinciding and separable parts, i.e., the pallet 223, at least one tray 101, 102, 103, 104, 203, 204 and at least one upper part 221 in the form of a cover / cover. A third embodiment of the packaging system 10 comprises at least four matching and separable parts, ie, the pallet 223, at least one tray 101, 102, 103, 104, 203, 204, the lid 221 and at least one side wall 207. Preferably, the side wall 207 is divided into two parts and straightened / erected in a first state (see Figures 1 to 3) to detachably connect the vane 223 with the lid 221 when the packaging system 10 is erected and can, optionally, be removed or recharged (not shown) between the vane 223 and the lid 221 in a second state within a space formed by the packing system upon collapse to remain as a return vacuum (see FIGS. to 5). The side wall 207 is foldable from its straightened state to its lying state, so as to adapt to the interior of the volume enclosed / defined by the vane 223 and the lid 221 to be foldable / foldable along at least one fold or fold 110 that extends vertically along side wall 207, ie, perpendicularly with respect to loading surface 224 of blade 223 when the side wall is located straightened (see figure 2) coinciding with the pallet and / or lid. This means that, if the height of the packaging system 10 and the side wall 207 when being erected is greater than the width of the pallet 223, the side wall can, however, be folded / bent to have a size that fits the interior of the contour. of the loading surface or volume of the vane 223 by configuring the side wall 207 with one or more folds 110 so that, for example, it has a cross section similar to a Z when folded. The packaging system 10 according to the invention can, instead of against a partitioned side wall 207, to be provided with a complete / integral / undivided side wall 207, that is, an undivided side wall, a side wall that is divided into more than two parts, or a side wall that is divided perpendicularly to the folds vertically formed 110, that is, horizontally. The side wall 207 may be provided with openings (not shown) which are optionally covered by openable and / or lockable doors, or hatches (not shown) for access to the interior of the packaging system 10. These doors may be separable. The number of folds 110 to be used depends on the height, width and length of the packaging system 10. The walls sides 207 may be provided with one or more folds 110 which extend substantially parallel to the loading surface of the pallet 223, ie, in the horizontal direction, if the height of the packaging system 10 is greater than the length of the pallet 223. The pallet 223 and the lid 221 are configured to coincide with the straightened side wall 207 in the erected state, as well as to coincide with each other when the side wall is removed, or lying down, folded and enclosed in the existing space between the palette and the lid. Figure 8 shows that the side wall 207 is divided into two sections 208 that fit with notched end edges around the periphery of the loading surface on the upper side of the vane 223 and corresponding notches (not shown) in the lower surface of the lid 221 that covers the pallet. In this embodiment, each side wall section 208 is provided with three folds 110 that extend vertically in Figure 2. Two of the folds 110 essentially form two of the corners of the packaging system 10, while the third fold 110 is used essentially by folding the side wall 207. The two side wall sections 208 are symmetrical (in figure 8 only the folds 110 forming the four corners of the packaging system 10 are shown). The side wall sections 208 have overlapping or overlapping portions 206 adjacent to two of the corners where the wall sections 208 are releasably joined together by means of a loop fastening means and hook in the form of a fastening Sailboat®. The sections of Side wall 208 may also be removably joined with any other suitable means, for example pressure connections or push / push buttons. The packaging arrangement 100 is shown in Figures 2 and 5 to 7 as a tray or a pair of trays 101, 102, 103, 104, 203, 204 for reasons of clarity, although it may be a stack consisting solely of a tray or more than two interleaved trays. Figure 6 shows an embodiment of the packaging arrangement 100 according to the invention. The packaging arrangement 100 comprises a first upper tray 101 and a second lower tray 103. The trays 101, 103 are provided with at least one structure / pattern 109, in this case structures / patterns 109 in the form of at least one depression and / or projection 109 that fixes / maintains and fixes in a fixed / constant and exact manner one or more components 105. The structures 109 are suitably configured to hold and position the components 105, 205 with the corresponding configurations, eg to hold and place one or more components with uniform shape 105, 205, or components of different shapes, at least partially, e.g. components that have at least partially non-uniform shapes. The trays 101, 103 shown in Figure 6 can be configured with or without a bushing, collar or a flange 111 extending upstream and / or downstream, similar to a skirt for enclosing at least partially each the components 105, 205 for protect the components from external damage or effects, e.g. powder, moisture / wetting or mechanical influence, as well as providing strength, especially structural strength, structure and stability to the trays 101, 103. In some cases, this collar 111 may be sufficient to protect the components, thereby eliminating the need of having the side wall 207. The trays 101, 103 of Figure 6 with the components 105, can be stacked / joined / overlapped. The load supported by the packaging system / arrangement 10, 100 when stacking the trays 101, 103 can be performed only or at least partially by the components 105, or can be performed only or at least partially by the tray collars 111 and / or the tray structures 109, or perform mutually / jointly by the collars 111 and the components 105. The loading can also be carried out only or at least partially by the tray or trays 101, 103, that is, the entire surface / structure that makes up the tray, vg as plates / sheets / shims / totally flat inserts. The trays 101, 103 shown in Figure 6 are preferably configured so that the upper sides locate / position, orient, protect and, where appropriate, preferably secure the lower / lower part of a component 105. , vg a lower edge of the component, while the lower sides of the trays are fixed / maintained, preferably against the top, e.g. an edge above, the underlying component (s) 105. In addition, the trays 101, 103 shown in Figure 6 with their component support structures 109 are packable, that is, the trays without any component 105 can be packed. A second embodiment of the packaging arrangement 100, 200 is shown in Figure 2. This second packaging arrangement 200 comprises at least one tray 203, preferably more than one tray (only one tray is shown for reasons of clarity), having the structures 209 in the form of depressions and / or projections 209. The structures 209 are designed to support and place one or more components 205 thereof than the structures 109 described above. The packing arrangement 200 of Figure 2 is also provided with the wrapping side wall 207 and the lid 221 which provides additional protection of the trays 203 and the components 205 which additionally allow the stacking arrangements 200 to be stacked in the upper part of a container. of other. The packing arrangement 200 is placed on a pallet 223 for easy handling thereof. In figure 7, another modality of the packaging arrangement 100, 200 is shown with two layers / trays 101, 102, 103, 104, 203, 204, an upper tray 101, 103, 203 and a lower tray / layer 102, 104, 204 which is either a tray or loose layer separate, or a layer / tray connected detachably to the lower part of the upper tray by means of a Velero® or pressure fastening means, an integrated lower section or layer of the upper tray, or a layer / tray 102, 104, 204 glued or fused in a manner permanent with the lower part and / or the upper side of the upper tray 101, 103, 203. Both the upper and lower tray of a stack of trays, can be provided with this adjacent layer / tray 102, 104, 204. This lower tray 102, 104, 204 shown in Figure 7 can be compacted, compressed, or made at least partially elastic to create a damping effect that eliminates or at least reduces any load / bump / impact on components 105, 205 when operating the system / packaging arrangement 10, 100. The lower tray 102, 104, 204 shown in Figure 7 can be made of foamed, expanded, cellular or aerated plastic, or of a suitable type of rubber or any other material. to the right one that meets the demands. The compressible tray 102, 104, 204 shown in Figure 7 can also be used as an optional filler, if the height of the stack of components 105, 205 and trays 101, 103, 203 in the packaging system 10 is too low and is they create a gap between the upper surface of the upper tray and the lower part of the lid 221 when placed on the upper part of the side walls 207, by placing one or more trays 102, 104, 204 in this free space or sandwiching additional trays in the stacking tray, until this free space is filled. The trays squeezables 102, 104, 204 may also be used to "overfill", ie stack the trays at a height that extends / projects beyond the side wall 207, and then press the lid 221 on the top of the stack, compressing the compressible trays 102, 104, 204 when fixing, that is, tying the packaging system 10 creating an additional force that improves the fixation and maintenance of the vane 223, the cover 221, the side walls 207, 208, the components 105 205 and the trays 101, 102, 103, 104, 203, 204 to each other, as well as minimizing any free space inside the packaging system 10. Additionally, the compressible tray 102, 104, 204 shown in Figure 7, at used as a separate filling or filling article, it does not have to be in the form of a tray or a flat / uniform plate / sheet, but instead may have the shape of a bag / sack filled with gas, e.g. air, a fluid, e.g. a gel, beans, styrofoam or foam rubber, or have any other suitable form to fulfill the intended purpose. In the collapsible packaging system / arrangement 10, 100, 200 according to the invention, all of its parts, i.e., the pallet 223, the lid 221, the side walls 207 and the trays 101, 102, 103, 104 , 203, 204 are preferably made of a suitable plastic material with sufficient durability. Optionally, at least one of the parts 101, 102, 103, 104, 203, 204, 207, 221, 223 or, preferably, all of the parts that make up the packaging system 10, are made from a conductor material and / or dissipator, sufficiently durable and, preferably, recyclable, to protect and / or cover the components 105, 205 of electrical pulsations if the components are sensitive to static electricity. The trays 101, 102, 103, 104, 203, 204 also provide possibilities for tracking the components 105, 205 and controlling the logistics and flow of materials, since the trays can carry information about the components, e.g. Like a recorded text, tags RFID flags. This is advantageous when a component is designed in such a way or has such characteristics that it makes it improper or impossible for the component itself to carry / carry the information. Additionally, the trays 101, 102, 103, 104, 203, 204 also prevent or at least make the theft and handling of the components 105, 205 more difficult. The protection can be improved by different types of fixing and sealing devices connected to the trays. All of the packaging system 10 can also be equipped with fixing and sealing devices for the lid 221, the side wall 207 and / or the pallet 223. In addition, the trays 101, 102, 103, 104, 203, 204 create a unit of stable / firm packing 100, 200 when stacked / packed, which does not require any additional protection per se, but is sufficiently rigid and stable to be provided, for example, with an elastic film, wherein the method of stretching the Film can involve strong / even heavy lateral / transversal forces / loads. This film is also added to the strength of the packaging unit 100, 200 and can join / weld firmly to at least one tray making vacuum packing possible. An elastic or shrink film forms a better protection against, for example, contamination, dirt, moisture and, depending on the choice of material, possibly against electrical impulses. The elastic / shrink film also provides some additional protection against theft and handling of the components 105, 205. The elastic / shrink film also allows better traceability and control of the logistics and flow of materials, since the film can carry information on the packaging system / arrangement 10, 100, 200 as a whole, optimizing the amount of information that provides control of more components 105, 205. This external envelope can also provide more complete and detailed information about the contents of the unit. packed, since larger surfaces become available for the application of, for example, labels. The modes of the packaging system / arrangement 10, 100, 200 that have external protection, e.g. elastic / shrink film or walls 207, 208 and / or caps 221, are very advantageous because the external protection can be eliminated in the arrival or preparation position and because the components 105, 205 and / or the trays 101, 102, 103, 104, 203, 204 that are introduced into a production area are always clean and dry, which is a great advantage for users.
In addition, the trays 101, 102, 103, 104, 203, 204, especially the trays that can be made compact 102, 104, 204 are a means for absorbing media and can, as explained above, be compressed fully or partial when provided with a section that can be made compact that integrates with the tray, the lid 221 and / or the pallet 223, detachably connected with one or more sides of the tray, eg the lower part and / or the upper part in contact with the components, or detachably connected with the cover 221 and / or the vane 223.
