Abstract

A cigarette box with a hinged lid and a blank therefore make the subject matter of the invention. The cigarette box of the invention has a hinged lid and the shape of a rectangular prism. It is formed of a storage part (1) intended to accommodate cigarettes in it and a hinged lid (2) connected with a storage part (1) by means of an articulated joint (3) located on the rear wall (4). The front wall (5) of the lid (2) is longer than its rear wall (4), whereas the side walls (6) of the lid (2) are oblique. The storage part (1) is provided with an additional inside front wall (7) and the outside front wall (8) of the storage part (1) is hinged. Between the hinged front wall (8) and the inside front wall (7) there is an additional storage space for matches (9). The depth of the box (C) is 0.43 - 0.52 of the width (B) of the box and the inside front wall (7) has two overpresses (10, 11) oriented towards the box interior, whereas the outside front wall (8) has a narrowed end and is bent to the box interior.

CIGARETTES BOX AND ITS PASS Cam of the Invention A cigarette box with an articulated lid and its pass form the subject matter of the invention.

Background of the Invention A box of cigarettes and its pass as presented in the description of the invention were registered under the number P-355833. The box has the shape of a rectangular prism and an articulated lid. It is formed of a storage part for the purpose of storing cigarettes in it and an articulated lid connects to the storage part with the use of an articulated joint located on the rear wall, while the front wall of the lid is longer that its longer wall, on the other hand, the side walls of the lid are oblique. The box is characterized in that the storage part is provided with an additional inner front wall and the outer front wall of the storage part is articulated, while a storage space exists between the articulated front interior wall and the inner front wall. The matches are placed in the storage space. The articulated outer wall has a fixing means on the edge. The inner front wall has a fixing means on the edge. The articulated outer front wall has an edge located below the edge of the lid. The inner front wall has internal side walls fixed to the edge. The inner front wall has internal side walls fixed to the edge as well as corner walls fixed to the edge. The matches are placed together with the box. The matches are placed in crossed to the box. The matches are fixed with the articulated front wall. The matches are fixed with the inner front wall. The cigarette box of the invention has an articulated lid and the shape of a rectangular prism. On the other hand, the side walls of the lid are oblique, on the other hand, the storage part is provided with an additional inner front wall and an outer front wall of the storage part is articulated, while between the articulated front wall and the inner front wall there is a storage space, characterized in that the depth of the box is increased within the magnitude of 10 >; X 0.1 > mm of the storage space for the matches, where this magnitude satisfies the dependence of B: A = B: (C-X), where: B- is the width of the box; A- is the depth of the current box; C - increased depth of the box; X- storage space for matches; and the inner front wall has pull souls oriented towards the interior of the box, while the outer front wall has a narrowed end and is bent towards the interior of the box.

Brief Description of the Invention The cigarette box of the invention is characterized by a simple construction and meets, at the same time, two essential functions: it accommodates cigarettes in it and provides an additional storage space for matches, necessary for use with cigarettes and other objects. This is achieved as a result of the use of additional elements within the package for this purpose and makes it possible to store matches in it. In addition, the construction of the additional element of the package protects against opening by unauthorized persons. The opening of the package element containing the matches is possible only in case of opening the cigarette box.

Brief Description of the Drawings The cigarette box of the invention is explained in more detail from an example of its construction, as in the Figures. Figure 1 presents the box in axonometric view. Figure 2 shows the pass of the outer protection of the box. Figure 3 and Figure 4 are projections of the passage of the inner front wall of the box together with the adjacent walls.

Detailed Description of the Invention As presented in Figure 1 to Figure 4, the cigarette box of the invention has the shape of a rectangular prism. It is formed of a storage part 1 for the purpose of accommodating cigarettes therein and an articulated lid 2 connected to the storage part 1 by means of an articulated joint 3 located in the rear wall 4. The front wall 5 of the lid 2 is longer than its rear wall 4, while the side walls 6 of the lid 2 are oblique. On the other hand, the storage part 1 is provided with an additional front wall 7 and the outer front wall 8 of the storage part 1 is hinged. Between the articulated front wall 8 and the inner front wall 7 there is an additional storage space for the matches 9. The depth of the box C is 0.43-0.52 of the width B of the box. The inner front wall 7 has two webs 1 0 and 1 1 oriented towards the interior of the box. The outer front wall 8 has a narrowed end and is bent into the interior of the box. The lower web 10 of the inner front wall 7 forms the storage part to accommodate the matches 9 therein. The matches 9 are located along and through the box. The matches 9 can be fixed with the articulated front wall 8 or with the inner front wall 7. The inner front wall 7 has in its upper part, a trapezoidal cut with rounded corners, which has in its central part an additional undercut 12 and the junction of the inner front wall 7 with the inner side walls 13 adjacent to them have cuts 14 in its top. The same cut is made in the middle of the upper 1 1 soul line. Both walls, of the lid 2 and the side walls 17 and the outer front wall 8 have additional walls connected thereto by means of an articulated joint for the purpose of bending and reinforcing, at the same time, the individual walls, which form the construction of the box. The passage of the inner part of the box is presented in Figures 3 and 4 and is formed of the inner front wall 7, the inner side walls 13 adjacent to them and an interior bottom 20. The invention is not limited to the example of box shapes as presented in the Figures and is not limited to the examples of the pass as presented in the Figures.

Claims

CLAIMS 1 . A box of cigarettes with a hinged cover in the shape of a rectangular prism, formed of a storage part for accommodating cigarettes therein and an articulated lid connected to the storage part by means of an articulated joint, located on the rear wall, while that the front wall of the lid is longer than its rear wall, and the side walls of the lid are oblique, while the storage part is provided with an additional interior front wall and an exterior front wall of the storage part, which is articulated, and between the articulated front wall and the inner front wall there is an additional compartment for matches, while the outer front wall has a narrowed end bent in the direction of the inside of the box, the cigarette box is characterized in that the depth of the box (C) is 0.43-0.49 of the width (B) of the box and the inner wall (7) has two backs (10, 1 1) of extrusion oriented towards the inside of the box, while the lower extrusion spine (10) of the inner front wall (7) forms a storage space, while the narrowed end of the outer front wall (8) is formed of a layer double bent and the remaining part of the front wall (8) is double and formed from the folded side walls (19). The box according to claim 1, characterized in that the matches (9) placed inside the storage space (9) are placed crossed. 3. The box according to claim 2, characterized in that the matches (9) that are placed traversed inside the storage space are arranged in two layers, both layers of matches (9) have their match heads uncovered. 4. A preform for obtaining a cigarette box with an articulated lid having the shape of a rectangular prism, formed of a storage part adapted to accommodate a plurality of cigarettes therein and an articulated lid connected to the storage part by means of of an articulated joint, the front wall of the lid is longer than its rear wall, the side walls are oblique, while within the area of the longitudinal distribution preform of this box, the walls of the lid are located: front walls , upper and bottom with the side walls connected thereto, while the walls of the lid, the rear wall of the storage space with the side walls coupled thereto are adjacent, and the rear wall attached to the bottom wall , the preform is characterized because the width (C) of the side walls is 0.43-0.49 of the width (B) of the wall (8) front of the box and has a cutting pattern additional of the inner part formed of the inner front wall (7) and the side walls (13) and the bottom wall (20), while the length of the front wall (8) and its width is approximately half the width of the front wall (8). The preform according to claim 4, characterized in that the trapezoidal cut in the inner front wall (7) has in its central part an additional undercut (12). 8. A box of cigarettes with a lid hinged in the shape of a rectangular prism formed of a storage part for the purpose of accommodating cigarettes therein and an articulated lid connected to the storage part by means of a union, located in the rear wall, wherein the front wall of the lid is longer than its rear wall, and the side walls are oblique, while the storage part is provided with an additional interior front wall and an exterior front wall of the storage part which is articulated, and between the articulated front wall and the inner front wall there is a compartment for matches, the cigarette box is characterized in that the depth (C) of the box is increased within the magnitude of 10 >; X 0.1 > mm of the storage space for the matches, where this magnitude satisfies the dependence of B: A = B_: (C-X), where: B- is the width of the box; A- is the depth of the current box; C - increased depth of the box; X- storage space for matches; and at the same time, the inner front wall (7) has two spines (10,) of extrusion oriented towards the interior of the box.
