Description

SET OF NAILS OF SEVERAL FLOPS AND METHOD FOR PLAYING NAIPES USING BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION This invention refers to a set of cards of several decks and a method to play card games that use it, where the card games can be played. in an electronic or live video game machine such as a casino or a board game and where two or more decks of cards are shuffled together and used to distribute the initial card hand and the replacement of cards for the discarded cards. Several decks of cards and methods for playing cards are described in the prior art. The standard fifty-two card deck is the basis for a wide variety of games, including some of the most popular games: bridge, poker, solitaire, ra i, and many others. Many of these games are played for prizes that are based on achieving certain combinations of cards. The mathematical probabilities inherent in using standard fifty-two card decks limit the size of the prize that can be paid for the highest possible hand. These games have not been previously played with an improved prize system based on the lowest achievement of certain card combinations across all decks in the use of a set of cards from multiple decks.
It is preferable that a set of cards of several decks be developed and used to provide additional improved prizes based on the low probabilities of achieving various combinations of cards. It is also preferable that the game has the flexibility to be played with a variable number of standard decks of cards to be combined with the set of cards of several decks. Using multiple decks when playing certain card games increases the odds that a specific event can happen. For example, having three jots of the same deck can be designated as a winning hand. In this way, odds can be increased, and a jackpot offered because this hand is harder to achieve than having three jackpots of any of the individual decks in a set of several decks. Additionally, it is preferable that new and unique combinations of winning cards be available from all the decks present in a set of cards of several decks. For the above reasons, there is a need for multi-deck card sets that provide flexibility in the number of decks that are combined, as well as an option to develop winning card combinations that require the presence of cards from all individual decks. In the prior art, various designs of playing cards and methods for playing are described. U.S. Patent No. 5,887,873 entitled "Single Card Deck" describes a deck of cards characterized by a trilateral organization of suits, color, and value. The cards have an improved design and neutral gender drawing cards. Each card has a unique combination of a single suit, unique color, or unique value. This patent does not describe a card deck that uses indications of a standard playing card. US Patent No. 5,775,992 entitled "Method for Playing" describes a card method that includes shuffling five decks of cards together and allowing higher prizes to be paid for certain winning combinations based on the presence of multiple standard decks of fifty-two cards. None of the descriptions in these patents teaches or suggests a set of cards of several decks that provides flexibility by using several numbers of card decks to play traditional card games or that allow greater prizes for preselected winning combinations based on the presence of cards of All decks as indicated by a unique mark or cue for cards associated with each individual deck in a set of several decks. An object of the present invention is to provide a set of cards of several decks suitable as a replacement for a standard deck of fifty-two cards in card games, traditional. The set of cards of several decks is formed by combining all or a portion of, at least, two standard decks of fifty-two cards. Each card in the standard deck has a front side, a back side, an upper portion, and a lower portion, as well as a printed design, both on the front and on the back side. Each card is associated with a suit, such as, but not limited to, spades, hearts, diamonds, or clubs, as well as a number between two and ten inclusive or a letter, A, K, Q or J. The combination Standard decks also include a unique mark or signature on each individual card located and visible on at least one side of the card and which serves to distinguish cards that originate in a particular individual deck. The cards that correspond to an individual deck in the set of several decks will have a unique mark or cue for each individual deck. A combination of three individual decks in a set of several decks would include, for example, three unique marks or clues. In the illustrated mode, the mark or indicium, highlighted in color, black and white, shades of color, and / or shades in black and white, are located on the front side of the chart and is in the form of a coded bar of color along the top and bottom of the front side of each card. The design on the back of all the cards in a set of several cards is similar, so that each card in the deck can not be distinguished from the other cards when viewed from the back side. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for playing card games using a set of several decks. The method includes combining at least two standard decks of fifty-two cards, shuffling the cards together to form a set of cards of several decks, and distributing a number of cards to each player. Then, a player can select a number of initial cards received to discard them and exchange those cards with cards of replacement of the set of cards of several original decks. Then, the player's last hand is analyzed to determine if the combination of cards and marks is a winning combination. In the illustrated mode, any combination of letters and appropriate marks can be developed as a winning combination based on the mathematical probability to achieve certain combinations of cards. A player who achieves a winning combination can be given a prize. The set of cards of several decks of the present invention can also be adapted for use in automatic or video game systems with cards having a video display screen for viewing the available cards. In this modality, the mark or clue, whether in color, black and white, shades of color, or black and white shadows, located on each card can also be associated with a particular sound or sensation, so that the decks of letter Individuals associated with a specific brand or cue can also be associated with a particular sound or sensation when a card in the deck is displayed on the screen. The display screen can also provide a visual indication that alerts the player to the presence of a combination of winning cards. A visual indication may include, but not be limited to, letters that shine on the screen, a pop-up box indicating the amount earned based on the combination of letters or marks, or a search function that simulates a circle around the cards in the visual display. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The characteristics and aspects of the inventiveness of the present invention will become more evident when reading the following description and the detailed drawings, of which the following is a brief description: FIGURE 1 shows front and back views of a Single card of a standard deck of playing cards; FIGURE 2 shows front and back views of a single card formed in accordance with the teaching of the present invention; FIGURE 3 shows a front view of several separate decks of cards marked in accordance with the teachings of the present invention; FIGURE 4 is a back view of cards shown in FIGURE 3; FIGURE 5 is a front view of a set of cards of several decks formed in different combinations compared to FIGURE 3; FIGURE 6 is a back view of a set of cards of several decks shown in FIGURE 5; and FIGURES 7A and 7B show possible combinations of winning cards that can be formed using the set of cards of several decks shown in FIGURE 5. A detailed description of the present invention is described herein with reference to the accompanying drawings and drawings. Terms of reference such as "top", "bottom", "front", or "back" are used to facilitate an understanding of the present invention in view of the appended figures. The identified terms of reference or other similar terms are not intended to be limiting, and one of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that the present invention can be practiced in a variety of spatial orientations without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. The present invention relates to a set of cards of several decks and a method of playing cards that use it. The set of cards of several decks is formed by combining the cards of two or more standard decks of 52 cards, where the cards have been modified in accordance with the teachings of the present invention. Each standard card has a front side, and a back side. The front side is sometimes referred to as the face of the letter. Each card also has a top portion, a bottom portion, and a side portion on each side or face. The set of cards of several decks can be used as a replacement deck for any traditional card game. For example, the set of cards of several decks can also be used in place of any standard 52-card poker deck, including variations thereof, such variations include the addition of Wild Cards or other Wild Cards commonly known in the art. The cards that make up the set of cards of several decks can have the size and configuration of the cards found in a standard deck of 52 cards. However, the cards comprising the set of cards of several decks of the present invention are marked with an additional mark / sign. For example, if the used marks include *,% and #, and three decks of 52 cards are used to create the set of cards of several decks, the cards of a deck could be marked with *, the cards of the second deck could be marked with% and the cards of the third deck could be marked with The mark / clue associated with the cards is designed to assist the player in associating a specific card with a particular deck of origin comprising the set of cards of several decks. Literally, there are hundreds of card games that use the traditional 52-card deck, whose games can also be played using the deck of several deck cards. For example, the following card games can be played using the set of cards of several decks.
Someone of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the following list is illustrative only and does not intend to be exhaustive: 5 Cards to Draw Poker All variants including, but not limited to: Jacks or better Aces or better Two used wild cards Bonus Poker Stud Poker of 5 Cards Stud Poker 7 Cards Texas Hold'em Omaha Hold'em Caribbean Stud Poker ™ Blackjack 3 Card Poker Let it Ride ™ The "appearance" of each game remains basically the same as the faces of the cards and the backs they are not changed, except for the addition of the mark / clue to one side of the cards to distinguish the cards belonging to a particular deck. In the illustrated mode, the marks / indicia are added to, and are visible on the front side or face of the card. However, adding the marks / clues does not interfere with the play of the game, since the rules of the game remain exactly the same as those applied when playing with a standard deck of 52 cards or variations of them that include Wilds and / or other Wild Cards The "feel" of the game remains the same as players are playing with cards that have the same "appearance", front and back sides, as those that have been used in the past (the only difference being the aggregate of the mark / clue ). However, the set of cards of several decks allows the implementation of an improved prize system based on the probabilities of obtaining certain combinations of cards. In this way, the set of cards of several decks can be extended in virtually any set of betting cards currently in play. The set of cards of several decks can be used to replace any deck or decks used in the present in electronic poker / card game machines as well as in table games. Additionally, new games can be created to utilize the set of cards of several decks of the present invention due to the increasing ability to generate winning hand combinations. The method of playing card games using the set of cards of several decks can be played as in a game table of a live casino, where the cards forming the set of cards of several decks are shuffled together and distributed to each player, either by hand, by an automatic shuffler, by a banker or by several devices to distribute cards. Alternatively, the method of the present invention can be practiced in electronic video game machines and video lottery machines in which the cards that make up the set of cards of several decks are shuffled electronically, and the initial card and any replacement cards. cards are displayed to the player on a video screen. FIGURE 1 shows the front view of a standard 10 card of a standard deck of cards. The standard card 10 is generally made from a piece of paper or cardboard which is usually printed with a design on the front 11 and back side 16 of the card and then laminated to give it strength. For example, the dimensions of a standard playing card, typically, is approximately 2.5 inches by 3.5 inches. However, the sizes of the cards may vary to accommodate the age and size of the desired user. In this way, the sizes of the cards can be large or small for younger people or for novel reasons. As best seen in FIGURE 1, each standard card typically contains a design on the back side 16 of the card that is similar to the design on the back side of all other cards in the set, such that each card it can not be distinguished from the other cards when viewed from the back side. In addition, each standard card 10 contains a value or quantity 12, either from two to ten, or a letter, A, K, Q, or J, which represent the Ace, the King, the Queen, or the Jack, respectively . Each standard card can also contain a stick 14, either Swords, Hearts, Diamonds, or Clubs. Each suit 14 has a separate badge thus making it easier for the player using the cards to know which suit 14 is indicated on each card. In the example shown in FIGURE 1, the indicated suit is that of Swords. Therefore, the card shown in FIGURE 1 is the eight (8) of Swords. Because each suit contains a card with either number two to ten, or the letters A, K, Q, or J, there are 13 cards per suit. Because there are four suits, a standard deck of cards contains 52 cards. In some decks of cards extra cards are included according to the particular rules of the game. These extra cards are well known as Wild Cards or Wild Cards. FIGURE 2 shows a playing card 200 formed in accordance with the teachings of this invention. The playing card 200 has a front side 205 and a rear side 210. FIGURE 2 simply shows an example of a design that can be printed on the back side 210 of the card 200. The back design shown in FIGURE 2 is simply an example of a design that can be applied to the back side 210, and someone of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that many different designs can be used, as long as the back part 210 of each letter 200 of the set of several letters contains the same or a similar design. In the illustrated embodiment, the back side 210 of all the cards 200 is identical, thus making all cards 200 in the deck indistinguishable from the others when viewed from the rear side 210. Card 200, which can be identical in construction to the cards used in the standard playing cards, is made of paper, cardboard or some other material that can be printed and then laminated to give it resistance. For example, in the illustrated embodiment, card 200 is made about the same size as a standard playing card. A typical size of a standard playing card is 2.5 inches by 3.5 inches. However, the size of the chart is not the essence of the present invention and, therefore, letters of other sizes may be used under the present invention. Each card 200, like standard cards, is associated with a quantity or value 212 such as, either a number between two and ten, inclusive, or a letter such as A, K, Q, or J. For example, the card 200 shown in FIGURE 2 has the value of three. Likewise, similar to the cards comprising a standard deck of cards, the card 200 is associated with a stick 218, which is indicated on the front side or face 205. The stick 218 may be one of the four different suits, Swords, Hearts , Diamonds, or Clubs. The card shown in FIGURE 2 indicates the suit of Swords. Therefore, the card 200 shown in FIGURE 2 is the three (3) of Swords. The card 200 also includes a mark or other unique index. As best seen in FIGURE 2, the mark or indicia is displayed in this embodiment as a color code 216. FIGURE 3 shows examples of other marks or indicia that may be associated with the cards 200, such as a bar of several stripes, a plurality of small symbols, or the like. One of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the mark or indicia 214 can be configured using many different designs or distinguishable marks, as long as all the cards associated with a standard deck of unique cards carry the same or, virtually, marks or indicia. identical In the illustrated embodiment, the mark / index 214 associated with the cards of a particular deck is identical. The mark or index 214 may be located anywhere on the chart 200 such as, but not limited to, the bottom, top, or side of the front side 205. In the illustration shown in FIGURE 2, the mark / index 214 is in the form of a black or color coded 216 shown along the upper and lower portions of the front side 205 of the playing card 200. FIGURE 3 shows playing cards 200 that have a different brand / sign 214, in this way, indicates that each card 200 is associated with a different deck comprising the set 300 of cards of several decks. Each card 200 in the set 300 of cards of several decks is also associated with a quantity or value 212 and a suit 218 as in a standard deck of cards. FIGURE 4 shows the back side 210 of the cards 200 shown in FIGURE 3, wherein the back side 210 of each card 200 in the set of several decks is identical, while the front side 205 is marked with a mark or indicia 214 different (as shown in Figure 3). As best seen in FIGURE 5, the set 300 of cards of several decks can be formed by combining cards 200 from two or more standard decks of fifty-two cards. As best seen in FIGURE 5, the cards have been modified as described above with respect to card 200. For example, the set 300 of cards of several decks shown in FIGURE 5 was formed by combining cards 200 of three decks standards of 52 cards, shown at 310, 320 and 330 in Figure 5. The presence of three different marks / indicia 214 on the front side 205 of the cards 200 shown in FIGURE 5 indicate that, at least, all or a portion of the cards 200 of the three individual decks were combined to form the set 300 of cards of several decks. One of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the set of 300 cards of several decks can include extra cards to accommodate the game of rules of the particular card game. These extra cards may include, but are not limited to, Wild Cards and / or Wild Cards. Figure 6 shows the back side 210 of the cards 200 comprising the set 300 of cards of several decks. As shown, the rear side 210 of each card is identical in the set 300 of cards of several decks while the front side 205 is marked with a different index 214 for each of the three individual decks 310, 320 and 330 as shown in FIG. shown in Figure 5. The set 300 of cards of several decks allows the play of many common card games without necessarily changing the rules of the game, while at the same time allowing rewards for players much higher based on the odds inferiors to obtain certain combinations of cards based on the presence of the various decks. For example, in a certain play of the game, a combination of the same cards (value and suit), for example, all Spade Aces, which have different marks / indicia 214 may have a lower value than a combination of cards in which the amount is the same, for example, all Aces, but the suits are different and the mark / sign 214 is the same, as shown in FIGURE 7A. In the illustrated mode, the winning card combinations, where the marks / indicia 214 are the same, can include three aces in the following combination: one of Hearts, one of Diamond, one of Clover, all of the same deck as indicated by bar 216 black (FIGURE 7A). The combinations of winning cards, where the mark / sign 214 is different, can include three aces in the following combination: one of Hearts of the deck marked with a black bar, one of Diamond of the deck marked with the bar of red and white, and one of Clover from the deck marked with blue stars (FIGURE 7B). For purposes of further illustration, it is assumed that the set of cards of several decks comprises three individual decks. A hand that comprises the three of Hearts of each deck (being the sign / mark 214 different for each three of Hearts) may have a lower value than the hand comprising the three of hearts, the three of spades and the three of diamonds in where the mark / index 214 is the same. GAME METHOD The method of the present invention uses two or more individual decks of cards all shuffled together to create the set 300 of cards of several decks. For example, if three decks are used to form the set 300 of cards of several decks, this forms a well of one hundred fifty-six (156) cards from which the cards used in the "game" are distributed. The cards associated with a specific deck will be indicated by the same or similar marks / signs 214. Each of the three decks that make up the set of 300 cards of several decks will include at least one standard deck of fifty-two cards that have an Ace to Two of each suit of Spades, Hearts, Diamonds and Clubs.
For example, Poker that is played using a set of cards of several decks may include distributing to a player an initial hand of five cards of the set 300 of cards of several decks. The player then selects which, if any, of the five initial cards that the player wishes to discard. Any card that the player discards can be replaced by replacement cards of a set of 300 cards of several original decks composed of one hundred and fifty-six cards. The player then has a final hand of five cards. The final hand of five cards is analyzed to determine which combination of card and mark / sign the player has received. All combinations of cards and appropriate mark / cue can be preselected as winning combinations. For example, in a modality, two pairs, that is, 2 Kings and 2 Jacks that have different marks / signs 214, can constitute a preselected winning combination. All combinations of suitable cards can be preselected as combinations of winning cards. A player who achieves a combination of winning cards can be given a prize. In the illustrated mode, combinations of winning cards are selected based on the mathematical probability of achieving certain combinations of cards. Major prizes are provided for the letter and brand / cue combinations that are more difficult to achieve. The following examples illustrate several common card games that can be played using the 300 set of cards of several decks. Example 1: PUREBLEND ™ Poker The PUREBLEND ™ poker game is created to be a new poker game where the multi-card deck described above can be extended into existing poker games in play today, because the standard fifty-card deck and two cards typically used can be replaced with a set of 300 cards of several decks, resulting in the following potential outcomes: • The PUREBLEND ™ poker game creates much larger rewards for players, greatly increasing the attractiveness of the player. • The "reserve" of the house can also be increased. • The PUREBLEND ™ poker game can use the popular 6/9"Jota or Better" pay table while expert poker players recognize this as the best chance for a positive return. This could be achieved by modifying the payment table by adding another 104 cards (two additional standard decks) to the standard fifty-two card deck for a total of 156 cards to be used, improving the graphics of existing cards by adding the clue 214 (colored bars on the upper and lower parts of the faces of the cards). • For example, the payment table can be created as follows: Creation of a "Pure" hand, which is a winning hand of cards with the same mark / clue. Creation of a "Blend" hand, which is a winning hand of cards, where the cards do not have the same mark / sign 214. • The prize card may remain the same or may be added with new probabilities applied to the possible results due to the addition of more cards to the game. • It is possible to add another prize due to the addition of the usual deck of cards. This would be a lower prize of all the cards that do not have winning combinations but have the same color bar. Example 2: Set of cards of several shuffled decks: Assuming a set of cards of several decks that comprise three decks of cards: Deck 1, Deck 2 and Deck 3: Cards of Deck 1 are marked with a clue that comprises a blue bar applied across the top and bottom of the front side of each card; Deck 2 cards are marked with a clue that includes a red bar applied across the top and bottom of the front side of each card; and the Cards of Deck 3 are marked with a clue that comprises a black bar applied across the top and bottom of the front side of each card. The total of cards comprising the set of cards of several decks equals one hundred and fifty-six cards. The odds are increased as follows: • The odds of distributing an "Ace of Swords" from a traditional deck of fifty-two cards are 1 in 52. • The odds of dealing an Ace of Swords (with a bar of any color) of a set of cards of several decks of 3 decks are 3 in 156 (which mathematically equals 1 in 52 - this is how the probabilities of the traditional game are similar). • The odds of dealing an Ace of Spades with a BLACK bar of a set of cards of several decks of 3 decks are 1 in 156. • The odds of dealing an Ace of Spades with a RED bar of a set of cards. cards of several decks of 3 decks are 1 in 156. • The odds of dealing an Ace of Spades with a BLUE bar of a set of cards of several decks of 3 decks are 1 in 156. The most variable probabilities are ( the less chance of an event happening as there are more cards to hand out), the prize, if available, may be increased. Electronic Game Video Another embodiment of the present invention is a set 300 of cards of several decks that is configured to be used with automatic gaming or video card systems such as, but not limited to, electronic video game machines. Video game machines may include, but are not limited to, video poker machines, blackjack video machines, video lottery machines, or other similar equipment. To assist the game in a video environment, each mark / cue, whether in color, black and white, color shadows, or black and white shadows, used to distinguish cards 200 from a particular deck can be associated with a sound and / or sensation (haptic sense of touch) in particular. This arrangement allows the individual decks associated with a specific mark / index 214 to be associated with a sound and / or feeling. In this way. Cards marked with different marks / indicia 214 will have a slightly different sound and / or feel when deployed. Cards 200 that form a "Pure" winning hand will have the same mark / sign 214, and the display screen may provide a visual indication that alerts the player of a winning card combination. For example, cards 200 may initially shine 3 times for a specific period of time, for example, a duration of 1/2 second. Then, the display screen can go to a "search" mode of a specific duration, for example, four times the search mode from left to right through the top letters and going from right to left through the letters inferiors simulating a circle, which will be completed in a specific period of time, for example a duration of 1/2 second. The system may also include a pop-up box displayed on the display screen indicating the total amount won. The pop-up box may also include an edge that has marks / indicia 214 of the cards comprising the winning hand. The edge can be formed using the search effect previously analyzed. The system can also include a payment table so that the player knows which combinations of preselected winning cards are. The above detailed description of the invention is intended to be illustrative and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention. Changes and modifications are possible with respect to the foregoing description, and it is understood that the invention may be practiced in a manner different from that specifically described herein and may still be within the scope of the invention.
