Abstract
La presente invencion se relaciona con nuevos derivados del acido fusidico de la formula general (I),(ver formula (I)) en donde X representa halogeno, trifluorometilo, ciano, azido, alquilo, alquenilo o arilo, en donde el alquilo, alquenilo o arilo se sustituyen opcionalmente por uno o mas sustituyentes iguales o diferentes seleccionados del grupo que consiste de alquilo, alquenilo, arilo, alcoxi, nitro, alquiltio, halogeno, azido, trifluorometilo y ciano; Y y Z representan ambos hidrogeno o junto con el enlace C-17/C-20 forman un elnace doble entre C-17 o C-20 o juntos son metileno y forman un anillo de ciclopropano en combinacion con C-17 y C-20; A representa un enlace, O, S o S(O); B representa alquilo C1-6, alquenilo C2-6, acilo C1-6, cicloalquilcarbonilo C3-7 o benzoilo, todos los cuales se sustituyen opcionalmente con uno o mas sustituyentes seleccionados del grupo que consiste de halogeno, hidroxi, alcoxi, arilo, heteroarilo y azido o, si A representa un enlace, B tambien puede representar hidrogeno; Q1 y Q2 representan independientemente -CH2-, -C(O)-, -(CHOH)-, -(CHOR)-, -(CHRS)-, -(NH)-, -(CHNH2)-, o (CHW)-, en donde R representa alquilo C1-6 y W representa halogeno, ciano, azido o trifluorometilo; Q3 representa -CH2-, -C(O)-, o -CHOH-; G representa hidrogeno, OH o O-CO-CH3-; dos enlaces en el anillo pentaciclico que se representan con lineas punteadas y continuas para indicar que uno de los dos enlaces puede ser un enlace doble, en cuyo caso Y esta ausente y Z representa hidrogeno; siendo el enlace entre C-1 y C-2 ya sea un enlace sencillo o doble; y las sales farmaceuticamente aceptables y esteres facilmente hidrolizables de los mismos, con composiciones farmaceuticas que comprenden estos derivados, asi como su uso en terapia.
