Abstract
La invencion se relaciona con tabletas que comprenden fumarato de deramiclano de Formula (I) por lo que las tabletas contienen (en relacion al peso total) mas de 50% en peso de fumarato de deramiclano, 5-20% de un aglutinante, 5-20% en peso de celulosa microcristalina que tiene un tamano de particula promedio inferior a 30 (m, 1-10% en peso de un desintegrante, 0.5-4% en peso de un lubricante, 0.5-4% en peso de un agente antiadhesivo y 0-30% en peso de una carga. El fumarato de deramiclano es un ingrediente activo anxiolitico conocido (ver formula (I)).
