Abstract

Se proporciona un dispositivo para la producción continua de una tela no tejida a partir de filamentos elaborados de un material sintético termoplástico, con una boquilla de hilado, una cámara de enfriamiento y una unidad de estirado, así como un dispositivo de depósito para depositar los filamentos en la tela no tejida. Se pueden suministrar dos o más fusiones de polímero diferentes a la boquilla de hilado, y se proporciona un dispositivo para combinar las fusiones de polímero diferentes de manera tal que los filamentos de dos componentes y los filamentos de componentes múltiples puedan salir de las aberturas de boquilla de hilado de la boquilla de hilado. La cámara de enfriamiento se divide en por lo menos dos secciones de cámara de enfriamiento en las cuales los filamentos de dos componentes y los filamentos de componentes múltiples pueden ser accionados respectivamente por aire de proceso con un medio de conducción de calor convectivo diferente.
