Abstract

La presente invencion provee procedimientos de fabricacion para preparaciones liposomicas. De conformidad con los metodos, se disuelve una fraccion lipida en un solvente organico miscible en agua. Esta solucion que comprende la fraccion lipida se puede agregar a, y mezclar con una solucion acuosa bajo condiciones para formar una preparacion liposomica a granel. De manera deseable, la preparacion puede incluir uno o mas principios activos. La preparacion liposomica a granel se puede procesar tambien segun se desee, por ejemplo, mediante fraccionamiento o reduccion de tamano, remocion del solvente organico miscible en agua, secado por congelamiento, u otro tratamiento. Los metodos permiten la produccion de formulaciones liposomicas a gran escala o a escala comercial.
