Abstract

Se describe un sistema y metodo para establecer y mantener una conexion de datos "siempre activa"¦para una red inalambrica a traves del uso de de un cronometro de desconexion y un cronometro de comprobacion de servicio. El cronometro de desconexion se inicializa en un valor determinado cuando no se establece una conexion. Cuando expira el cronometro, se hace un intento de conexion. Cuando se hacen intentos de conexion adicionales, el cronometro de desconexion se establece en valores siempre en incremento. Cuando se establece la conexion de datos, se inicializa el cronometro de comprobacion de servicio. El estado de conexion de datos se determina por la expiracion del cronometro de comprobacion de servicio. Cuando por la expiracion del cronometro de comprobacion de servicio, se determina que se pierde la conexion de datos, se emplea el metodo de conexion.
