Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a una envoltura para empacar uno o mas articulos, estando la envoltura constituida por un forro (11) de material plastico termocontraible para contraerse sobre el (los) articulos (s) para empaque, obteniendose dicho forro de una pelicula doblada por la mitad y enlazada para unir las dos zonas de extremo relacionadas. De acuerdo con la invencion, las dos zonas de extremo relacionadas (12, 13) son esencialmente bordes libres confrontados en contacto (12.1, 13.1) y se encuentran unidos por una tira sobrepuesta (15) que se adhiere a dichas zonas en una de las superficies (14) del forro (11) en cualquier lado de los dos bordes libres confrontados, siendo entonces la otra superficie (16) de dicho forro esencialmente lisa. Esto hace posible proporcionar un forro termocontraible que puede imprimirse sobre el interior, que es reciclable, y que presenta una apariencia muy satisfactoria por su superficie lisa en el interior o el exterior.
