Abstract

La invencion se refiere a una composicion farmaceutica granular de liberacion inmediata que comprende (i) al menos un farmaco clasificable como de Clase II o de Clase IV del Sistema de Clasificacion Biofarmaceutica, en donde el farmaco constituye al menos aproximadamente 0.5% en peso y hasta aproximadamente 20% en peso de la composicion, la composicion comprende ademas (ii) un primer excipiente seleccionado del grupo que consiste de: mezclas de una celulosa microcristalina y un polimero hinchable en cantidades respectivas de modo tal que la proporcion en peso del polimero a la celulosa microcristalina en la mezcla es superior a aproximadamente 2:100 y hasta aproximadamente 30:100 - uno o mas compuestos que contienen dextrina seleccionados del grupo que consiste de maltodextrinas, ciclodextrinas y derivados de las mismas, y mezclas de los compuestos que contienen dextrina y las mezclas, y (iii) una cantidad humectante de un segundo excipiente que es un compuesto humectante no acuoso o compuesto fundible y que comprende una fraccion solida y opcionalmente una fraccion liquida.
