Abstract

El objeto de la presente invencion es el de proporcionar una mezcla de polvo capaz de ser sinterizada para producir componentes sinterizados, en particular para la industria automotriz, mediante el cual los componentes tienen tanto adecuadas propiedades de resistencia mecanica como en particular un elevado grado de dureza. Este objeto se logra ,mediante una mezcla de polvo de cuya cantidad total el 60 a 98.5% en peso consiste de un polvo de Al Basico, hecho de metales y/o sus aleaciones, que comprende Al, 0.2 a 30% en peso de MG, 0.2 a 40% en peso de Si, 0.2 a 15% en peso de Cu, 0.2 a 15% en peso de Zn, 0.2 a 15% en peso de Ti, 0.2 a 10% en peso de Sn, 0.2 a 5% en peso de Mn, 0.2 a 10% e peso de Ni, y/o menos del 1% en peso de As, Sb, Co, Be, Pb y/o B, siendo que el porcentaje en peso es con relacion a la cantidad total del polvo de Al basico, y 0.8 a 40% en peso de un polvo metalico que se selecciona entre un primer grupo de metales y/o sus aleaciones que consiste de Mo, W, Cr, V, Zr, y/o Y, siendo que el porcentaje es con relacion a la cantidad total de la mezcla de polvo.The object of the present invention is to provide a powder mixture capable of being sintered to components produce sintered, particularly for the automotive industry, whereby the components have both adequate properties of mechanical strength and particularly a high degree of hardness .
