Se describen los compuestos de la Formula (I):(ver formula I)En donde:R1 representa un arilo o heteroarilo,R2 representa un hidrogeno, halogeno o un hidroxilo,X representa un oxigeno o azufre,Y representa un oxigeno, azufre, o NR, en donde R representa un hidrogeno o un alquilo,A representa CR4R5 o NR4,R3 representa un hidrogeno, alquilo o cicloalquiloR4 representa un hidrogeno o alquilo,oA representa un nitrogeno y, junto con el grupo -CHR3adyacente, forma el anillo (ver formula) en donde m representa1,2 o 3,R5 representa un hidrogeno o halogeno,Sus isomeros y sus sales de adicion.Dichos compuestos son utiles como medicinas, como moduladores de AMPA.
