Abstract

Se a conocer el empleo de nano particulas de materiales inorganicos (por ejemplo, arcillas de esmectita sinteticas) en composiciones farmaceuticas, oftalmicas u oticas. Estas nanoparticulas se utilizan para modificar las propiedades reologicas de la composicion, asi como para aumentar la viscosidad, caracteristicas de flujo, lubricidad y otras caracteristicas de las composiciones. La invencion se dirige particularmente a la provision de composiciones lubricantes para el ojo y el oido, y para aumentar la viscosidad, adelgazamiento de corte de las composiciones de lagrimas artificiales.
