Abstract
La invencion describe un grupo de derivados de 2,3-diaril-piparazolidina novedosos que tienen formula (1); ver formula (1) lo simbolos usados en la formula (1) tienen los significados dados en la especificacion; los compuestos tienen la actividad inhibidora en enzimas que degradan el neuropeptido neurotensina y se pueden usar en el tratamiento de afecciones y enfermedades provocadas por disturbios de la transmision mediada por neurotensina.
