Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un procedimiento de cristalizacion evaporativa para elaborar composiciones de sal que incluye un paso en donde se forma una solucion madre la cual contiene una cantidad efectiva de un inhibidor de crecimiento de cristal que se selecciona de oligopeptidos, polipeptidos y polimeros que portan dos o mas grupos de acido carboxilico o grupos carboxialquilo y opcionalmente grupos fosfato, fosfonato, fosfino, sulfato y/o sulfonato adicionales, tales como carboximetilcelulosa, con grupos fosfato, para formar cristales de sal con una cara (111); la sal puede lavarse con una cantidad reducida de agua para lavado mientras aun contiene bajas cantidades de K, Br, SO4, y/o Ca; una sal humeda puede obtenerse al secar parcialmente el cristal de sal que se forma.
