Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un proceso de fabricacion de una pieza de acero, caracterizada porque: - se elabora y se cuela un acero de composicion, en porcentajes ponderales, 0.06% = C = 0.25%; 0.5% = Mn = 2%; trazas = Si = 3%; trazas = Ni = 4.5%; trazas = Al = 3%; trazas = Cr = 1.2%; trazas = Mo = 0.30%; trazas = V = 2%; trazas = Cu = 3.5% y respetando al menos una de las condiciones: *0.5% = Cu 53.5%; *0.5 = V = 2%; *2% = Ni = 4.5% y 1% = Al = 2% el resto es hierro e impurezas que resultan de la elaboracion; - se efectua al menos una deformacion en caliente del acero colado, para obtener una pieza en bruto a una temperatura de 1100 a 1300 degree C; - se efectua un enfriamiento controlado de la pieza en bruto en aire inmovil o en aire pulsado; - y se calienta el acero para efectuar un recocido de precipitacion, precedente o subsiguiente a la mecanizacion de la pieza a partir de dicha pieza en tosco. La invencion se refiere igualmente a una pieza obtenida de este modo.
