Abstract
Un sensor de corriente para medir una o mas corrientes provistas desde una fuente de potencia a una carga; el sensor comprende: aluna entrada para conectar a la fuente; b) una salida para conectar a la carga; c) una o mas lineas conductivas (94a, 94b, 94c; 250, 260) conectadas entre la entrada y la salida para guiar la corriente o las corrientes a traves del sensor; y d) uno o mas censores (70) para detectar uno o mas campos magneticos locales generados alrededor de la o las lineas (94, 250, 260) por la corriente que fluye por alli, con lo cual se provee una medida de corriente indicativa de la magnitud de la corriente o las corrientes. El sensor se distingue porque comprende una pluralidad de elementos de espiral de corriente elongados (78) dispuestos en un plano sustancialmente comun y dispuestos para ser sustancialmente insensibles a campos magneticos generados remotamente y que responden al campo magnetico o los campos magneticos locales para generar la medida de corriente; los elementos de espiral (78) estan dispuestos en zonas (75, 76, 77) que tienen mas de dos centros efectivos (ver Figura 7) y que exhiben respuestas mutuamente opuestas al campo remoto. El sensor es susceptible para uso en un medidor de potencia fiscal.
