Abstract

Una combinacion de cono, reborde de recoleccion y bandeja de vaporera colocable sobre una amplia variedad de ollas y charolas de coccion convencionales. El dispositivo permite a un usuario evitar de manera selectiva que el calor y/o humedad escapen de una olla de coccion. El reborde de recoleccion contiene un reservorio que recolecta humedad y evita que esta regrese a la olla de coccion mientras el cono retiene simultaneamente la mayoria del calor que escapa de la olla sobre la cual reposan el cono y el reborde de recoleccion. La bandeja de vaporera permite a un usuario cocer a vapor alimentos en combinacion con el cono el cual recolecta y regresa la humedad a una olla sobre la cual reposan el cono y la bandeja de la vaporera.
