Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a un procedimiento de obtencion de un poliisopreno que presenta un porcentaje elevado de encadenamientos 1,4-cis, a partir de un corte C5 de vapocraqueo de nafta enriquecido en isopreno. El procedimiento segun la invencion consiste esencialmente en hacer reaccionar un sistema catalitico en presencia del corte C5 enriquecido, y es tal que consiste en utilizar: * un corte C5 enriquecido en isopreno de tal modo que la fraccion masica de isopreno en el corte enriquecido este en el intervalo de 30% a 95%, y * un sistema catalitico a base de al menos: - un monomero dienico conjugado, - una sal de uno o varios metales de tierras raras de un acido fosforico organico, - un agente de alquilacion constituido por un alquilaluminio que responde a la formula AlR3 o HAlR2, y - un donador de halageno constituido por un halogenuro de alquilaluminio, estando la sal en suspension en al menos un disolvente hidrocarbonado inerte, saturado y de tipo alifatico o aliciclico que esta incluido en el sistema catalitico, y la relacion molar (agente de alquilacion/sal de tierra rara) que corresponde al intervalo de 1 a 5.
