Abstract

Se proporciona un metodo, sistema, y producto de computadora de programa para el analisis de un sistema microcirculatorio para determinar la cantidad de diversos componentes sanguineos, tales como eritrocitos. Las imagenes se analizan para identificar la estructura de vaso, y determinar la variacion en los parametros medibles, tales como el diametro de vaso o densidad optica. En una modalidad de la presente invencion, el coeficiente de variacion se determina por las medidas de diametro a lo largo del vaso y un valor de volumen fraccional se calcula por los eritrocitos. El valor de volumen fraccional se utiliza para estimar el hematocrito (Hct). En otra modalidad, el coeficiente de variacion se determina de una pluralidad de medidas de densidad optica hechas en puntos multiples a lo largo del vaso, y el valor de volumen fraccional y Hct se calculan del coeficiente de variacion de las medidas de densidad optica. Todavia en otra modalidad, la variacion en la densidad optica se mide en un punto unico por una serie cronologica de imagenes de un vaso, y un volumen fraccional y hematocrito se calculan del coeficiente de variacion.
