Abstract
La invencion se refiere a un metodo para la produccion y devanado de filamentos de poliester preorientados, que comprenden por lo menos 90% en peso, con base en el peso total del filamento de poliester, tereftalato de polibutileno (PBT) y/o tereftalato de politrimetileno (PTMT) de preferencia PTMT, caracterizado porque a) el estiramiento de hilado se ajusta en la escala de 70 a 500, b) directamente despues de salir de la boquilla de hilado, los filamentos corren a traves de una zona de demora de enfriamiento de 30 mm a 200 mm de longitud, c) los filamentos se enfrian por debajo de la temperatura de solidificacion, d) los filamentos se atan a una separacion de entre 500 mm y 2 500 mm desde la cara inferior de la boquilla; e) la tension del hilo, antes y entre las poleas guia de estiramiento se ajusta entre 0.05 cN/dtex a 0.20 cN/dtex, f) los hilos son devanados con una tension de hilo de entre 0.025 cN/dtex a 0.15 cN/dtex, g) la velocidad de devanado se ajusta entre 2 200 m/min y 6 000 m/min y h) se utiliza un poliester con 0.05% en peso a 2.5% en peso, con base en el peso total del filamento, de polimero aditivo como intensificador de extensibilidad.
