Abstract
Se describe un proceso para la preparacion de complejos de manganeso de compuestos de salen que comprende llevar a cabo la reaccion de un compuesto de salen con un compuesto de manganeso en dimetilformamida. En una modalidad preferida, el compuesto de salen mismo se sintetiza igualmente en dimetilformamida y se hace reaccionar sin aislamiento intermedio para formar el complejo de manganeso.
