Abstract

En un sistema, metodo y aparato de acuerdo con una modalidad de la invencion, se administra el trafico en un canal de acceso basico y un canal de acceso reservado para elevar al maximo el uso del canal de acceso basico al mismo tiempo que se reducen los retardos.
