Abstract

Un dispositivo para tratamiento de calor ignifugo comprende un horno ignifugo provisto con una camara de tratamiento termico que tiene una pluralidad de ranuras a traves de las cuales cuerdas de fibra de poliacrilonitrilo, que corren en paralelo mientras son invertidas en su direccion, entran o salen y que suministra aire caliente de manera vertical desde arriba de las cuerdas de fibra para hacerlas ignifugas y con un medio de suministro de aire caliente, y una pluralidad de rodillos de inversion provistos en los lados externos opuestos del horno, para devolver las cuerdas de fibra que pasan a traves de las ranuras hacia el horno, en donde un espacio libre entre la pared lateral de la camara de tratamiento termico paralela a la direccion a las cuerdas de fibra que corren en la camara y cuerdas de fibra, o un espacio libre entre una placa de prevencion de deslizamiento insertada en paralelo a la direccion en que corren las cuerdas entre las cuerdas de fibra y la pared lateral y cuerdas de fibra se forma para ser de hasta 150 mm, las ranuras estando posiblemente provistas con un medio de suministro de aire calentado.
