Abstract

Una nueva estructura de soporte para espaldera, y un metodo para su produccion, destinada a ser utilizada en el soporte de las plantas de cultivo tipo vinedo soportadas. La estructura de soporte incluye un miembro de soporte metalico que es curvada en forma de una "U" modificada y fijada a un travesano metalico mediante un proceso que produce resultados constantes. La combinacion del miembro configurado en "U" y travesano es seguidamente fijada a un poste de soporte vertical en dos lugares diferentes: una fijacion en el centro del miembro en forma de "U", y la otra fijacion en el centro del travesano en una alineacion axial con el poste de soporte. La estructura es extremadamente resistente, capaz de soportar un peso considerable, no es propensa a desplazarse, y menos expuesta a fallar por fatiga. La estructura de soporte es producida empezando por curvar el tramo central de un miembro de soporte metalico en forma de una "U", colocar el miembro curvo en una plantilla ajustable especialmente disenada, y fijar un travesano. Este conjunto es seguidamente fijada a un poste de soporte en dos lugares lo cual impide la rotacion pivotante de la estructura combinada una vez que ha sido montada en e poste de soporte.
