Abstract
Se proporciona un aparato para extender masa alimenticia el cual es compacto y tiene una via o trayectoria de transportacion relativamente larga para la masa alimenticia, el cual extiende la masa alimenticia. Tambien, el aparato puede limpiarse y mantenerse facilmente. Este aparato incluye una estructura (3) inferior que tiene un miembro para transportar alimentos que transporta la masa alimenticia en una sola direccion, una estructura (5) superior localizada arriba de la estructura inferior, y un tren de una pluralidad de rodillos de extension que se localizan dentro de la estructura superior. Para extender la masa alimenticia, los rodillos de extension se encuentran dispuestos en forma continua y giratoria. La estructura (5) superior puede moverse hacia arriba y hacia abajo en relacion a la estructura (3) inferior de modo que el tren de una pluralidad de rodillos de extension pueda separarse completamente a partir de un miembro que transporta el alimento. De esta forma, el miembro para transportar alimento puede limpiarse facilmente.
