Abstract

Una banda de rodamiento para recauchutar neumaticos, que tiene una cara externa provista con las ranuras habituales y una cara interna para ser ajustada y adherida, normalmente mediante vulcanizacion, a la cara externa convexa de un casco de neumatico, a partir de la cual el compuesto de la banda de rodamiento original ha sido totalmente desgastado, dicha banda de rodamiento presenta un espesor que varia en todo el ancho de la misma, teniendo su cara interna definida en una arco concavo, con el radio de curvatura correspondiente a aquel de la cara externa del casco de neumatico y con su cara externa siendo plana o ligeramente convexa, con el radio de curvatura sustancialmente mayor a aquel de su cara interna.
