Abstract
Esta invencion es un metodo para inhibir la polimerizacion de compuestos carbonilo en una operacion unitaria de lavado basico en un proceso de cracking de hidrocarburos, en donde un compuesto seleccionado del grupo el cual consiste de alfa-aminoacidos y esteres de los mismos y amidas de los mismos y sales de los mismos y mezclas de los mismos o acido mercaptoacetico y esteres alquilo del mismo, se agrega tanto a una corriente la cual comprende un compuesto carbonilo o a la operacion unitaria de lavado basico; en donde el compuesto se selecciona de tal manera que permanece soluble en agua y soluble en base y no flocula en la corriente o en la operacion unitaria de lavado basico; y en donde se pone en contacto la corriente con el compuesto tanto antes o al mismo tiempo que la corriente entra a la el compuesto operacion unitaria de lavado basico; o en donde es agregado a la operacion unitaria de lavado basico antes o mientras la corriente entra a la operacion unitaria de lavado basico.
