Abstract

Se describe un metodo para modular la angiogenesis en un sujeto vertebrado, el metodo comprende administrar al sujeto vertebrado una cantidad moduladora de actividad de ECRTP/DEP-1 de una composicion por lo que un ECRTP/DEP-1 dentro del sujeto vertebrado se pone en contacto por medio de la composicion; y modular la angiogenesis mediante el contacto de ECRTP/DEP-1 con la composicion. Opcionalmente, la composicion incluye un anticuerpo monoclonal el cual une de manera preferencial ECRTP/DEP-1. Tambien se describen metodos para la deteccion sistematica de moduladores de ECRTR/DEP-1.
